Overall, I would give this place 4 1/2 stars…my kiddos all gave it 5 stars. We are on a roadtrip and wanted to go out to sit down and eat. Don’t judge outside cause what matters is the food inside. Everything we had tasted fresh and delicious. Buffet bar was filled with a great variety. Dinner was $13.59, ages 3-10 was $7.99. Those looking for a place to eat while traveling (or those that are local), give this place a try! The 1/2 star off was due to having to pay cash (system was down) and bathrooms not the best. But service was great, food yummy, and a family run business.

I came here for dinner, and it was great. All the food was fresh, and it all tasted good. The price is roughly 16$ per person after tax, so its relatively affordable. The place is very clean, and is highly maintained. The people working here are super nice, and very helpful. I ate until i was stuffed, and thought it was certainly worth the stop. If i’m ever back in this part of the country, this is where i will stop.

Food was excellent. In my home town they have to much sugar in the he food. There food is well balanced and has good flavor. I will come here again and again. Manager is very nice also!

I was very excited when this place first opened because until then the town only had 1 other restaurant of it’s kind. But this restaurant closed down for several months…..only to re-open with the same fantastic tasting food that stays hot and cold during business hours.

My only complaint is.. I want Real hot mustard for my spring rolls or egg rolls.. Not a to go package especially since the food is fantastic and kept hot and delicious just like I like it.. China Buffet, please do better with the Hot Mustard.. Please

We were passing thru town on our way back home on a road trip and we stopped by. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 ⭐ is because the building is a little old, don’t let that stop you from having some great food. We tried basically everything between the 5 of us in our family and we all liked everything we had. My personal favorite was the ribs, they were as good as ones you would get at a BBQ place. Excellent family run business that I will go to next time we are in the area. There were 3 tractor trailers there when we were there and there was room for more if needed.

Stoped in on a Monday at supper time.. One Wait staff and she was asleep at a table at the far end of the restaurant. Bored man took our money and gave us silverware and said sit anywhere. Not a problem, only one other couple were eating there. Steam tables looked like several pans hadn’t been refilled for hours. The white rice was good and the hot and sour soup was OK. The only thing that seemed interested in the food were the flies. We passed this place by when we refueled going West. Should have passed it by going east. Next trip its McDonald’s or the road food from Maverick. China Buffet in Holbrook AZ is a dining experience that can DEFINITELY be avoided.

My family and I were visiting Holbrook for a few days and a Chinese buffet sounded amazing after a long day of hiking. This place did not disappoint! Everything was fresh, the food tasted great, and we ate ‘til we were stuffed! We were very impressed by the quality and taste of the food, especially way out here in the desert!
