This China Buffet in La Crosse wasn’t bad. The selection wasn’t as wide as I would like, the the options available looked and tasted very good. The interior was lack-luster, but clean. Service was polite, but a little slow.

Food is mediocre and not kept very fresh. They’ve had the same waitress since they opened. She likes to walk around with her phone earbuds in screaming loudly in Chinese on the phone with someone. All while not getting refills on drinks.

Coming from someone who is very confident in cooking chinese cuisine/or asian cuisines, this place is not good. Was a longtime customer. Food quality and cleanliness has dropped over the years. It’s very greasy, unsure of whether oils are changed or cleaned throughout the day. If you’re craving chinese food you’re better off driving a couple more miles to Hy-Vee or China Max because its a better price for what you get. If you’re wanting a chinese buffet… you’re better off choosing a different cuisine in the area. None in La Crosse, are good quality.

I love the Honey Chicken here! My husband gets the Sweet and Sour Chicken, and they are both delicious! He gets the white rice, and I like the Fried Rice. We get a large Egg Drop Soup and an order of Crab Rangoon, and that’s supper for one night and lunch the next day. Best Chinese Food and Buffet in La Crosse County!
