Food was tasteless I ordered the house special Lo Mein there were a couple of shrimp and I did notice some very finally minced pork but it was mostly noodles I also ordered deep fried scallops which were so uniform in size and shape I believe they were processed and just heated up they were also tasteless. I will not be going back there again.

Had a taste for fried rice. When my husband got home he got white rice. I called and after she said “no you wrong” and argued with me she HUNG UP ON ME! We’ll be looking for a new place that is customer friendly.

The worst Chinese food I have ever had. Broccoli tasted like mint and it overpowered everything. The crab Rangoon was oniony and soggy. Fried rice was mediocre at best. It’s a wonder this place gets any business.

I don’t understand how this place had a 4 star rating. Have lived here 4 years and had never tried it so my family and I thought we would try a new place. We ordered our “usual” pu pu platter, bones spare ribs combo and sweet and sour chicken combo. We love the sugared donuts and don’t normally get them but today we got them to. Our of everything we ordered the only thing that was ok was the rice. Not great but passable. The egg rolls, sweet and sour chicken and anything in a wonton was burnt or severely over cooked. The bones spare ribs were completely dry. Even the sugared donuts were awful, too greasy and hardly any sugar on them. Even though this place is about 2 minutes from my house I would rather drive 20 to market common to get Chinese in the food lion plaza.

I went there tonight, the son was at the counter. I said how are you, he did not reply back. He gave me the looks of half his eyes. He then took my order. I said egg foo young, but no shrimps. He looked confused then he showed me the menu and asked which one? I said shrimps egg foo young, but dont put the shrimps just the eggs. He said we dont do that. I was going to order more foods for tonight, but this family is completed rude. Their foods us okay, but they are rude. Their son looked at people with disrespectful looks. I said to him just forget it. I walked out.Most of the other times, I sent my wife there to buy it. Tonight she agreed with what I said about this family and their son.Never ever look at the customers with a disrespectful eyes. Customers are the ones that keep their business going. Something they should know and learn.

Bad customer service. Refused to substitute cashews for chicken without upcharging. If you order less food you have to pay more. This is a rip off and makes no sense. Child that answered the phone was very rude and unocommodating. Too bad cause I live in the area and could have been a repeat customer. This is the third and last time these people will be rude to me. Guess they’d rather have a bad attitude than good business. Pathetic how they get their friends to do reviews to keep their ratings up since they can’t get them honestly. STAY AWAY!!!!
