Absolutely absolutely terrible customer service! Calling the restaurant several times to speak to a manager, I was rudely hung up on. They argued on the phone with me each time I called before hanging up. They yelled about being too busy and insist I don’t call back. They insisted there was no manager there after calling several times throughout the day. The staff refused to remake my order due to a mistake on their end resulting in my food being given to a stranger. They refused to speak with me after continuously hanging up on me regardless what number I called the store from. Their customer service was highly unacceptable and unprofessional! I would absolutely NOT give this restaurant any service, and will vouch to say the food seems worse than the service! Don’t give them your money, and I hope they get shut down or investigated because the place needs to be shut down. It’s ridiculous the type of distasteful cyst service they subject customers too. Also, hanging up on any customer more than 5 times is absolutely bottom line disrespectful. never again!

Sigh…I don’t write reviews…I really don’t…but it has to be said. This place makes the most bland food imaginable. I felt that some time ago and didn’t order from them for a while, tried again randomly and…its just…tragic. I wish them the best in life but in another capacity besides providing disappointing food. In my last order the honey something chicken is not remotely sweet, not a hint of sugar. The two chicken dishes taste exactly the same. There is no effort put into creating decent food. I don’t expect to be wow’ed by my local “cheap” asian food yet I don’t think I have ever been forced to write a review. I’ll say it again, I don’t write reviews…but this restaurant just does not make tasty food…plain and simple.

Sadly, this is place has dropped in quality. On two occassion the brown rice has smelled as if it has been sitting out in the warmer for way too long and now spoiled, almost anything fried is soggy with greasy, and the main dishes are generic and mediocre at best. Unfortunately, we’ve stopped ordering from this place after ordering from there for years and giving multiple second chances. It’s been disappointing as we used to really like this place. On one plus side, I will say that they are very quick and we’ve always had good service but that’s somewhat irrelevant considering the food quality ranges from bad to mediocre at best. We now order from either Yakitori Jinbei or Tasty China if we are looking for sushi or Chinese. They’re both MUCH better.

By far the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. For one the overpriced for the quality and portions you get. The food tasted old, my general tso chicken was hard as a rock as well as tasteless. And the rice tasted stale. The food is literally not edible, I had to throw it away. This place needs to be shutdown, stay away at all cost.

Wow. I ordered from them and specifically ordered vegetarian only items. My order arrived and the steamed vegetarian dumplings I requested in fact had pork in them. I called again to request an exchange and the chef was very abrupt and rude with me on the phone saying that I could not tell that it was tofu. I eat tofu on a daily basis and I know what tofu and pork look like. This was most certainly not tofu. I get very ill when exposed to pork. He cut me off twice and yelled at me to send a picture to his personal phone. I sent the picture and within 2 minutes, I called back and they told me that it was pork. They said that they apologized and quickly hung up. So, naturally, I called back and inquired as to why they hung up on me and the rude gentleman on the phone told me quickly that he would refund that order because they didn’t have anyone to deliver. I guess we will see if that actually happens… I’m incredibly disappointed and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

This place needs to be shut down completely. The entire staff is rude and lack customer service skills. They hung up on me 5 times after calling to ask to speak to a manager. They rudely insisted there was not any manager. I stopped picking up the phone after calling from several different numbers. This is the worse phone etiquette I have ever experienced from any restaurant. There was a man who rudely began using foul language over the phone once asked to speak to any manager. A lady rudely hung up and stated the restaurant is busy and to not call back. I honestly believe this place should be shut down or investigated because no one, especially customers should be subjected to any of this treatment. I feel disrespected and undervalued as a customer, and I will vouch to say this place is not worth a penny. This place is sickening from the customer service to the food service. They are unorganized, unprofessional, and highly disrespectful. I would never give this place my money nor time again.

This is the WORST place ever!!!!!!! They gave us menu’s that were not accurate and had the wrong prices listed. When the delivery guy showed up with our food he demanded a tip from me and my co workers separately.Once I took one bite out of my food I immediately spat it back out. It was the worst chicken and garlic Chinese food I have ever experienced in my life!! I called Chin Chin back and report this issue and all he could say was NO REFUND SORRY. He just kept repeating NO REFUND SORRY! So you mean to tell me that their was absolutely nothing you could have done about a unhappy customer. That is insane any other establishment that I have ever encountered with always and I mean always makes sure that they HAVE and KEEP happy customers. Not only did he lose out on ONE happy customer, but he lost out on an entire establishment that I always refer this restaurant to. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I had to give this place a rating star, but it deserves a negative 0! Im not typically one to take the time out of my day to write reviews on ANYTHING, but this place was just that bad!!!!!!!!

Horrible!!! Sweet sour sauce was yellow and literally was more like broth. Tasted awful!!! Chicken teriyaki had only 2 small pieces of chicken. Normally you only get upcharged $1.00 for fried rice but here they want $2.50 per order and rice tasted old. DO NOT GO HERE!!! worth going to PF Chang or The Orient even though you will pay more.
