We have yet to be disappointed coming here. The food is top notch and technically sound. The duck skin was crispy, the scallops were perfectly seared. This is a restaurant that is worth the money as you can’t get this quality anywhere else in the area.

We started with the bread service (with a tallow candle) and burrata. We each had the lobster bisque (beautiful presentation). For entrees, we had the ribeye and scallops. This was BY FAR one of the most delicious meals we’ve ever had. I could go on about how tasty everything was. The service was impeccable (thanks, Abby)! The restaurant itself has a thoughtful, romantic design. We live 50 minutes away but will definitely come here for celebrations and date nights. 10/10!!! Thank you!!!

My wife and I celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary last night at Chimney Park. We had been one other time before and it was stellar. This time was extra special though. The staff went above and beyond. Each coarse was a meal in its own – you have to savor each bite though as I’ve never had a bad dish there. In fact on the contrary – when you dine here you know you’re in for something special. The first time I had dined here, I was offered house made horseradish. Although not usually a fan, I opted to try it and man oh man, I’m glad that I did. So on this occasion last night, I had asked if there was any available providing the anecdote of how I was offered it last time. I wasn’t expecting it and our waiter expressed they didn’t have any fresh made BUT that they may have the ingredients to make it for us. I felt bad and didn’t want to trouble the busy staff. Lo and behold just a couple of minutes later our waiter brought some anyway – he thought of us even without us demanding it. As usual, it was amazing. My wife isn’t usually a fan either of horseradish, but she was also flawed by it. Moral of the story, this place is special. Besides the food being like nothing you’ve ever had, the staff really cares about their art and the guest. Can’t wait to return and thank you, again!

Overpriced and overrated. Food was decent but not for the price. I have paid less to eat at a 2 star Michelin restaurant where the service was wayyyy better. It was honestly one of the most awkward dinners I have had in a while. $400 for 2 people to eat the chef tasting with wine pairing. Save your money and go somewhere else. Also if you say a dish will come with white asparagus don’t use regular asparagus. Especially when I’m apparently paying for white asparagus.

Took myself, husband, and 6 friends here for a birthday & it was amazing! Tip one: don’t fill up on bread just because the first two dishes seem small. You’ll be over filling yourself by dessert. The portions get larger as they go. Tip two: If your table does the chefs menu then get the wine pairing. They are almost full glasses of wine, the sommelier was the best part of the evening. He pairs each dish perfectly. Overall though, the food was delicious, the service was great, & the atmosphere was nice and intimate. Make a reservation’ you can’t get in last minute on most evenings.

Truly an amazing and unique experience – particularly in Northern Colorado. This amazing jem is hidden away on main street Windsor. The chef and his staff are unmatched, and the Somalia is both talented and hilarious. If you like wine, choose the chef’s pairing. Worth every pretty penny. We enjoyed with friends and certainly this meal and experience is best shared with friends, family and loved ones!

Such an incredible dining experience for my birthday! The food, drinks, and dessert, is divine, enough said. We are so lucky to have a restaurant like Chimney Park in Windsor. If you’re ready to spend, (the food is worth it) this is a fantastic place to share a special occasion.

We made reservations for my wife’s birthday. She really wanted a nice chef’s tasting menu, and this seemed like the best option.

The chef’s choice five course meal was a great option for trying decadent dishes that you might not order on your own. The food and cocktails we ordered were great and our waitress, Sarah, was phenomenal. A great place to celebrate any occasion.
