First and foremost, the service was great. Our server, Patience, was very proficient and professional. Our food arrived quick and hot from the kitchen. The food was standard chain restaurant items. I had the shrimp tacos but started with a bowl of chili. The chili was the real star and next time I’ll just get a double portion of that. Great price, great service, no complaints.

I got the crispy chicken sandwich, the quality of the meat was horrible. It was very tough in places, and basically inedible after a few bites because the sandwich literally disintegrated from the amount of sauce and toppings. The fries on the side were good, but a bit over salted.

Frome the gate the staff was amazing. We were seated seated promptly, ordered right away and had our food delivered piping hot. Satisfactory is an understatement, food was delicious, and all of the staff checked in if they passed our table. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Came in late night and not only was I serviced well, the food was great, and although it was near closing time I never felt rushed. Our waitress was amazing!!! The fajitas and steak were super tasty. Save room for some cheesecake.

they are so unprofessional , not only I found bunch of strings in my salad, but they were so arrogant, never received an appropriate apology neither they made amends for such a horrible mistake. Nonetheless. The cold food and slow service, the fries pale and old, the shrimp was too cold, and the excuse we got was “ sorry we have new staff” huh!! Restaurants always have new staff its not uncommon what unusual is having immature employees who have no idea neither knowledge about hygiene or service, if that is Chili’s standard quality I’m never coming back here.
