I was craving steak…so for some reason, I went to Chili’s. Mistake! The steak was overcooked, the potatoes tasted sour/rancid and the broccoli was way too salty. I should have returned it, but the server was quite nice and I didn’t want to make waves. Would I go back? Never. But, you decide your fate. Good luck.

This is why I have a problem with these places. They were out of mushrooms for the mushroom burger, so I said I’ll take just a hamburger. They charged me for a mushroom burger. Plus, what is that medium raw? The service actually would’ve been 5 star, but she’s the one that wrote it up like that. So I had to order the egg rolls to have for dinner with the french fries from the burger because I wasn’t going to eat a raw burger

I recently visited Laramie and visited this chilis for dinner. Place is neat and the staff was friendly and nice. We ordered couple of items and both are fresh and tasty. i am adding a video and few photos for reference. If you are around Laramie and want to have a nice dinner visit this place. I’ve gotten sick twice since the beginning of 2023 visiting my local Laramie, WY location. The atmosphere is wonderful, the staff are friendly and welcoming but something has changed with the food. It used to be our favorite place but we can’t go there anymore.

Ordered the triple appetizer. Our little burgers were burnt beyond eating. Wings were under cooked and barely had sauce. Southwestern Egg Rolls were soggy and undercooked. Cold in the middle. Also we ordered blackberry tea and got regular unsweetened tea. Very disappointed.
