We went here when they first opened. It was a disaster. I thought I’d never go back. During this visit I was very impressed. The burger was great! Service, outstanding. I’ll go back. We will be back. I just don’t know how soon. Playing UNO while waiting for our food was also enjoyable.

I ordered me a tall Modelo, the wife, got a Patron strawberry margarita. This is the old-timer burger with no cheese and fries. It’s one of the better burgers I’ve had from Chili’s ever decent atmosphere. Brand new building worth a try! Waitress brought us booster seats without asking, too on point service.

This Chili’s is newly-built and definitely has the smell and modern design that you would expect. The menu is your typical is chili menu great appetizers and the Cajun pasta is to die for. The servings are rather large so when I take the kids we usually end up splitting some of it.

We really only come here for the drinks. We were so disappointed for my birthday family dinner. We waited 45min for our food just for the manager to come back to tell us our orders never went through. The waitress herself never apologized to us or anything. We had to put all our orders back in (we are 9 people) and we had to hurry up and finish our dinner once it did come out since we had a reservation in town for something else. We never got a discount or anything or maybe a free drink?! Just something to make up for it. The way they handle it in our opinion was just very poor. I’ve never received amazing service here in the past. As I said only for drinks and appetizers from now on.

This is the best Chilli’s restaurant by far hands down. Great ambience. Love the Rustic decoration. Great customer service and great food. Our server Clay was one of the best servers that we have ever had. He was very attentive to us and courteous and polite.

Trevor, bartender, was the best! Attentive to all in the area, super aware of all needs and was “Superman” while making cocktails, opening bottles, serving dishes, and getting extra condiments. AND took the time to have conversations with every customer. Loved and appreciated him. He was ending his shift and stayed longer to make the special May Margaritas because no one wanted anyone else to make them. These margaritas were the best I’ve ever had. His replacement at shift change asked if we wanted water, we said “yes”, and the waters never arrived. Chili’s needs Trevor for both shifts – ha!

Last night I ordered the three for $10.99. I got the bacon cheeseburger and the burger meat was hard and must have been cooked hours before literally. The Burger was missing the bacon completely. The lettuce was beyond wilted, And the onions were sliced so thin they turned into mush also. The loaded mashed potatoes were dry and had a bad taste. I live less than 5 minutes from Chili’s and my burger was still hard and icky and cold and missing the bacon.

How do I describe this confusion? Chili’s is awesome. I have not dined in a Chili’s since the 2000s and they have reinvented themselves! Lunch is $11 with a deink and appetizer! They have reward programs! The food was delicious! Why spend $13 at Tacobell or Burger King, when for $11 you can have this freshly cooked lunch!
