My friend had an appointment in Manhattan today It was over about 12:45 so we decided to go and have a late lunch at Chili’s. It’s probably been 25 years since I’ve been to a Chili’s so it was like going for the first time. While I was waiting for her appointment I was looking at their menu online and the ribs caught my eye so when we got there that is what I ordered. My friend ordered a half slab of ribs and I ordered the full We both got loaded mashed potatoes since they didn’t have baked and then we had a little side dish of coleslaw. The cole slaw was pretty good The loaded mashed potatoes were really good They just get cold real easy but that could be because it was really cold in that restaurant today. It was also 27° outside. When they brought her food out to us they gave my friend her plates and they gave me mine which was a half a slab I told the young lady that I ordered a full slab and she said oh I will go tell them. Then our waitress showed up and said they thought it meant a half slab they’re making you another one I’ll be right back with it well when they brought it out it looked totally different from the one I was eating but it was all supposed to be the same. The first half of the ribs look like it had a rub on it not barbecue sauce just a spicy rub They were okay They were a little bit dry a little bit more than a little bit. When they brought the second half of my ribs out they were buried in barbecue sauce so I was determined to take them home put them in a box and then I thought I want to see what these are like so I cut into the middle of them and they were dryer than the first ones They were like cardboard dry that’s why they put so much barbecue sauce on them. I did tell the waitress she did take them back and they did make me a fresh half rack of ribs but after I got home and ate them them two were a bit dry in the middle.

A Ruiz
This place has been around for a long time and over the years the food and service have fluctuated. Facility remains clean and inviting, it’s family and military friendly. They offer a variety of American cuisine to chose from and have a full bar as well with tv’s throughout the building to catch a game a game or two. The food is still flavorful but the service leaves little to be desired. We had a long wait time to be seated and were the only ones in the queue. The restaurant was not busy at all this day. Several of the staff walked past us without acknowledging us. Once seated and we ordered, our food came out fairly quickly and was cooked nicely, however myself and my partners drinking glasses both had buildup on the bottom. We only ordered appetizers as we were not very hungry but we still requested two plates. We notified the waitress of our request but suffice to say we were 3/4 of the way through our meal before our plates arrived and our glasses were never replaced with clean ones. At the end of it all the food was good but the front house needs some reworking. Nevertheless give it a try see what you think! Happy travels-A

We came in on a busy Friday night. I know wvery reatraunt is busy however, they must be super short staffed. The wait is 40minutes and 1/2 the restraunt is not even being used. My guess is they are short servers and this is why the wait is long and a whole section is not being used. I would not recommend that you come on a weekend until they have more staff.

We didn’t get much attention from the server, about 1/3 of the tables were empty and we still had a 15 min wait for a table. My drink was never refilled during the meal. There was no luck on catching the server, she was too busy. Obviously they were staggering guests to keep the server load down. Like many places they don’t have enough staff, that’s why you pay at the table kiosk, so they don’t have a cashier. Overall food was good, and served quickly once we had our order taken. I’m not a frequent visitor to Chili’s because they’re known for using way too much sodium, folks get this idea through your heads, food can be flavorful without dumping a ton of salt on it. Best ideas is let me put on the salt.

Our server was great. However, in the middle of my meal she requested we pay because she had to end her shift. That was a big interruption for us, especially since we almost never get to go out, but we understood. However, she left and passed us off to others who didn’t want to help. We waited and waited for a bag so the leftovers wouldn’t fly all over my car, but didn’t come. I had to ask the manager at the host stand before leaving and he handed me 2 bags and I had to bag it on the chair before leaving. Tacky.

There was a lot of empty tables a lot of people waiting to be seated. The atmosphere sucked because there were two different musics playing at the same time. The waitress was great but she kept saying she was sorry every time she came to our table. Had to wait 15 minutes just to get a draw of beer which was not the waitresses fault. Probably not going back anytime soon.

Came in on a Saturday they weren’t busy had everyone standing at the door to be seated with empty tables everywhere. After we were seated no one came to take our order after 15 minutes we just left. Very poor service.
