Update: Visited last weekend 12/3 and the environment and service seemed much different for the positive since 2 months ago. Food was great, tables were clean, and our server was crushing it (he was from Texas but didn’t catch his name). Had this been the first experience, we would have said 5/5 stars.

First time visiting this location of Chili’s. We all ordered Fajitas, Southwestern Eggrolls and wings. I had shrimp and steak Fajita like I always do and it was delicious. Eggrolls are their best appetizer and I can eat them all the time really.

Was a little busier tonight. My salmon was perfect but the sides were cold. My wife’s sirloin was a bit overcooked but still tender and her sides were perfect. We are definitely going back. It was all delicious.

This Chilis use to be my favorite restaurant but lately it’s my least. My Son and I stop in today and it seem it bit weird, no enthusiasm what so ever, workers seem to be on chill mode, maybe because it was a Sunday, waitress took forever to come back to the table to check if we needed anything and when she did I so over it.

Always good. Great prices. Members get free chips and salsa or a drink. It’s really a great concept and delicious food.

Came as a large group with a reservation. We ordered a full size Texas cheese fry appetizer and we’re brought out the half portion. Waitress said multiple times that she would check on it but the correct one was never brought out. Our food took a very long time and all though the restaurant was very busy, another large group was sat after us and they not only received their food but we’re boxing it up to go by the time our food arrived. I ordered the chicken ranch quesadilla and it was fried, which was explained on the menu, so I got a crunch quesadilla. Overall it was a very meh experience.

walked in and there was only 4 tables in the whole restaurant and 4 servers on. took a while for someone to seat us, we were told our server would be right with us ,10-15 minutes later still haven’t been served. ended up just leaving, not worth your time.
