We’ve been visiting this location for years. About a year ago this place started to go downhill. Today we visited and the place was a mess (see pictures). The service was slow and unorganized, tables and the bar needed to be bused, and the kitchen was a mess.

My oldest daughter and I are big Chili’s fans and we had a 2hr wait at lunch time for the Genius Bar across the street at the Apple store. We shared the chips and salsa as always. My daughter had her steak fajitas and I tried for the first time the smothered boneless wings which are AWESOME. I’ll definitely be ordering those again. The service was average. I think our server may have been a little green at the job. It wasn’t very busy for lunch time and she was kinda rushing us at first. I figure for spending close to $50 on lunch between 2 people she’d be a little more laid back. She slowed down after a while. No harm, no foul.

Always a safe bet with Chili’s. Our server was fantastic. Food was great as always. I’m giving this four stars because of the hostess…or lack there of. When we walked in, we waited a few minutes at the door before a member of the waitstaff greeted us. Upon being seated we noticed the hostess return to the front. With several guests, I watched as she pointed to tables, rather than walking to guests to the tables. Maybe it’s just personal preference on my part. Chili’s is always great, so I’m sure we’ll be back.

We frequent Chili’s regularly, especially Tuesday for kids night. Usually it is a great experience. This week was awful. 35 minutes to get drinks, 45 to get food. The server never came by to see how things were or offer anything during the waits. He also did not come by after the food arrived to see if everything was ok. We were missing items. The waiter came by after we asked another server to get him. Nearly 20 minutes after the food arrived. he got some of the missing items, not all. We had called the manager when we were waiting for the food he came as the food arrived and all he said was we are short staffed so sorry. The missing item were on the bill, he did remove them after we asked. They did offer dessert but we didn’t have that much more time as we had already been there for 2 hours with 6 kids and 3 very tired adults.

It is a very nice Mexican restaurant with good selection of food. We had very nice family time with kids. Food was great and so were drinks (we picked non alcoholic beverages, though one can select from verities of alcoholic drinks too). They have this small tablet kind of device in the table where kids can play games and you can order menu items even you can pay using credit card on these devices. Ambiance is cozy. Overall I loved it.

Went to the bar area on a Wednesday night for dinner. Our table surface had not been cleaned from the previous customers, I’m not sure if that’s normal for the bar area, but it was kind of gross. We received prompt though uninspired service. Good timing on refills of drinks and chips. The food was great (aside from the fries, which were a bit cold and flavorless). Prices are very competitive.

The food was warm but not hot (fajitas were not sizzling) but it was actually the perfect temp to eat right away. Our server was very nice and helpful. Woman’s bathroom was disgusting. Toilets needed to be cleaned on the inside (bowl)…they were so dirty the bathroom had a bad odor.

Burger was cold and not cooked inside. We requested a few specific items which were not brought to us until additional requests were made. Friendly staff though. Usually the experience is good so I plan on returning and hope I can write a more positive review.

I’ve eaten here since they’ve opened and unfortunately I have to say it’s really gone down hill. We came early Friday night about 10-15 minutes till 5. They where pretty much empty and we waited 5-10 minutes just to be greeted. By the time someone came there was at least 3 more parties. Then waited morr for drinks and to order. It came off as really unorganized told a girl was going to be our waiter and we got a guy. While every one we delt with was pleasant it came off as no one knew who’s doing what. Then it took 30 minutes to get our food, a burger and chili. And my whole meal was wrong. Asked for a cheeseburger no bun side salad no dressing or croutons. Got a hamburger with a bun and found a few croutons in my salad(hidden under lettuce so it looks like they put them on and unsuccessfully picked them out). I hate to send food back but I had too because it was all wrong. I kept the salad as is gave the croutons to my chili eater as I hate to waste food. I had to wait to have my burger redone It was very disappointing experience all around. Luckily while I eat this way for health reasons(non allergies) if someone with allergies was given this they could have had a severe reaction. I don’t think that I’ll be coming back any more after years of eating here. The food over all is your average franchise type food. I generally don’t leave bad reviews I know that everyone has off days. But between the slow service, extreme confusion from the staff, and the fact that my entire meal came out about as wrong as it possibly could have they’ve lost me as a customer.
