We try to make it to this Chili’s when we are attending a concert in the area. We live an hour away, so we order online just before leaving home. The app is easy to use. It also has great, enticing pictures. The food is always ready when we get there. Since we order online, we get free chips and salsa.

We visited here twice now. The first time everything was great, from service to food. With the second visit, not so much. One order wasn’t fully correct, so I had to send it back. Some bits of the chicken tenders were not fully cooked. The mango tea was disgusting as they put way too much mango syrup. Our waitress checked on us twice, and she was at least friendly. My husband ordered a FROZEN sangria swirl which arrived not even a bit frozen. We saw the bartender sit it on the counter, and talk over the drink with someone. She grabbed the orange without cleaning her hands. My husband also said it tasted like watered down syrup & no alcohol. We asked for a new one, and he simply said “I’ll fix it.” The 2nd drink arrived looking nothing like the 1st one, it was a lot better. We also noticed he only socialized with the white customers.

Very chill Sunday and looks like we came after the rush. Perfect timing. Great experience for a family dinner. Great service from the bartender. All of the food came out correctly and super fresh. Dinner, drinks and dessert were all it should’ve been. It gave.

I eat at this location at least once a week. It’s a neutral meeting area for Maryland Farms area with decent lunch prices. Service (as in most places) is hit or miss. Probably too far off interstate with the traffic situation for a stop if traveling through but good place for the locals.

The stakes were ordered rare. One of them came out well done one of them came out medium well, both of them were cold. The beef in that fajita was cooked so well done it was crunchy in spots. The place didn’t have a lot of foot traffic and yet the service took a long time. Which is why the food was all cold.

Decent food but I don’t go to a restaurant to order and pay on a screen. Apparently there are cameras watching you the whole time. No prices on the menu, only shows on touch screen. ick. Much nicer restaurants for the price we ended up paying.

Server Jay was nice. It wasn’t busy at the time of our visit. Had the Cajun shrimp pasta but it wasn’t good at all. Something was off putting about the sauce , only receive a few shrimp and there was no Cajun taste at all.

Outside of the super hard working bartender, Michelle, this visit would have been zero stars. The manager mingled with other servers and staff in the door to the kitchen, while guests waited to be acknowledged or seated at the entrance. My full rack of ribs came out with the wrong sauce on half, so I had to wait 20 minutes for the one half to be re-done by which time I had finished my meal. A guest at the table next to us was brought the wrong meal altogether, but just decided to eat it anyway. When his server finally realized the error, he took the plate he was eating from out from under him and put down the correct dish. The man was just throwing his arms up in frustration. The most stressful part, however, was watching this poor bartender do everything from seat guests, tend to her bar full of customers, move tables to make space for a large group, bus tables that weren’t hers and prepare all the drinks for the whole restaurant. The female manager on duty, I believe her name was Ashley did not once circulate through the restaurant, pick up a plate, or apologize to the guests for the mistakes in orders. It seems that staff members need to be asked to put down their phones, open their eyes, and get proactive about working as a team and improving the customer experience. Not sure I would go back to this location.

This particular Chilis is pretty good, but there’s only one employee that actually brings your food out to you when you order To-Go. Whenever she’s not there, they will never bring it out. There’s never anyone at the counter, either. If you need assistance at the To-Go counter, you’re going to be waiting a good 5-10 minutes before someone helps you. I don’t think they even notice when you just walk in and grab your paid order.
