The restaurant was clean and on its own floor, away from the busy security line. We sat down and ordered our food with our phones using the QR code as instructed. When our food came out we were missing a whole order. Management came out and said that since we paid through our phone, they couldn’t refund the money but offered a drink in it’s place.

No wait, which was good. Also, we were greeted and seated right when we walked in, unlike the restaurant downstairs, where we waited almost 20 minutes before deciding leave to eat elsewhere.

Never come here, worst service you’ve ever seen in your life! Waited 15 minutes for service at an empty bar and restaurant (at an airport where most people are in a rush). After asking 3 servers for assistance, I left frustrated, because noone could help me out, apparently. Came back a few hours later because of a delayed flight, and wanted some chips and salsa. I then realized the manager (Ashley) was one of the servers whom told me that the bartender was in the bathroom (for 15+ minutes?). So basically the manager couldn’t help me out, or let me rephrase that, didn’t want to help me out. On my second return it took one of the servers to convince the manager Ashley to help me out. Unbelievable. I’ve never seen such a lazy manager, who was so unmotivated in my life! She literally walks around at a snails pace seemingly looking to avoid any interaction with guests or help support any of her colleagues. The servers were trying to help, the manager was basically not concerned at all that the bar had been sitting unmanned for over 15 minutes. Check the picture….zero customers, zero service. It’s bad enough you have to order from a QR code, not a bartender, you can’t even submit the order until someone “opens a tab” for you, which the manager forgot to offer as well. This location could benefit from a visit from corporate, or maybe Gordon Ramsey, or Bar Rescue. Please….send help As I was writing a review, 3 elderly people asked for a server, and a colleague said their waitress was in a meeting with human resources so they really couldnt place an order right now. Obviously the 3 elderly people left quite upset. Then 2 more tables, same thing. I had to go talk to the staff. They were very friendly and apologetic but literally 8 customers walked out while I writing this review (then an employee told me it was actually 5 tables that walked out). I feel like I’m in the twilight zone at this place. I’ve never seen anything like it. Took 13 minutes from time of order for my second beer (cause I tracked people down or itbwould have probably been a half hour or so). Totally blown away. Rant over.

Ordering system is very confusing. At the front desk I was told to scan the WR code so as to order which is what the directions on the menu said. So I did. I used that to order when I eventually had a table. It caused lots of confusion with the waiter as apparently there’s a QR code on the table. Suggest removing the first one at check in. Slow service. Don’t blame the servers. I blame the owner.

Absolutely WORST customer service ever. I worked as a server for 15-20 years and I have never seen or experienced that bad of customer service ever in my life. While my kids and I were waiting it took a male server 5 minutes to greet us, all while 2 female employees, I believe a bartender and other server just looked at us but said nothing. Our male server went to “see” what tables were available (there were only 5 other tables being occupied so it was pretty much empty) him and the 2 female employees talked about some issue that happened the day before for about 10 minutes before coming back to get us to take us to a table. From there it was just even more horrible. I do not recommend this establishment. I love Chili’s but will never return to this location again for any reason.

Okay, coming from someone who actually works at chilis, this is the WORST chilis ever. First of all, the host told us we have to wait 30 minute ticket time and I asked why? bc “we just got done with a big party” okay. Took us mad long for a server to even attend to us. Like is this even chilis? Then the woman at the bar said we only do discounts at 20%. I work at chilis and every other chilis I went to they gave me 50% off no problem I had my discount card. Why can’t this one do the same. “Oh we aren’t actually owned by chilis we’re owned by a different company” is this even chilis? Cuz if it is, what a joke. Close this chilis it’s literally a joke of a place. But I really like the way it’s built. The service is awful didn’t even wanna order we left before we even ordered anything I can see why this place has 2.7 star rating. Well deserved.

I am always surprised at the overall low ratings that Chili’s gets. Maybe I just like the casual food and casual atmosphere, but I always seem to have a better than average experience than the general reviewers that visit. This visit was no exception, loved everything we tried. Service was standard, not over the top good, but good enough. We had a queso dip starter and te=hen 2 cups of soup, one baked potato, and one chicken enchilada. Then the entrees were Margarita grilled chicken and cajun pasta – so much food we had leftovers in the hotel room before flying out the next day! And let’s not forget the jumbo yummy margaritas…. love the flavor selection they always offer! Overall another good visit!

Waited almost 2 hours, never got my meal. Went to pay for the meals that everyone else at my table got, they tried to charge me for the meal I never got and it wasn’t even what I ordered. I brought it up to the staff and they argued with me about it. Horrible customer service, that place puts a stain on the Chili’s brand.
