Amazing experience in this CHILLI’S like always, I went to this place a month ago in the anniversary celebration with my gf and was amazing customer service, the food was delicious and they treat us really good until late bc we went before they close the restaurant, definitely one of my favorite restaurants and thanks God I could visited another one location here at GA that it’s not common

My family has gone to this location multiple times over the last few months. After not going to Chilis for years. Each time, we we were engaged with quickly at the door and provided seating within a few minutes. That has been with a good amount of customers as well. The wait staff has been excellent, attentive to our table and great with our children. Food was served, quickly, but not too quickly where they just unfroze and place on your plate.

Unfortunately, this place seems to be struggling. I don’t know if they are understaffed or just don’t schedule enough people per shift, but the staff they had on for lunch was not nearly enough to take care of the number of tables that were filled when we were there. The food looked as though it was tossed on the plate by the kitchen, the drinks we ordered didn’t come to the table until after the appetizers were half done, and the server (while pleasant) was stretched way too thin to offer anything close to attentive service. Items that the menu said were served with a side of “sauce” were delivered to the table without said sauce, but at least you can pay at the table now so you don’t have to wait for the server to have the time to drop a check.

You can tell everyone hates working here. The floors were so nasty under our table, worse than most other restaurants. The air vents on the ceiling were so dusty and nasty too. The flies were distracting, the asparagus was too salty, and the steak was not only not cooked as asked, but inedible as it was very undercooked. I could twist the inside of it like spaghetti and I asked for medium rare. I’m surprised this place is still open. But the margaritas have always been great here and will never be bad. Of course the chocolate molten lava cake is a staple as well. I do like the triple dipper too, another classic.

Worst steak I’ve had in a very long time, tough with no seasoning. Piss poor food quality all the way around. Twice baked potato has no potato just thrown in a small cup. Coleslaw was nothing but raw cabbage with no type of dressing on it. 25 dollars for about 5 dollars worth of food.

Food & atmosphere were great. Portions were adequate for that price point. Be advised to allow yourself time to enjoy your meal before closing hours at 10 p.m. or else you will be rushed out.
