The potato soup was delicious as always. My rice was burnt and had to be replaced and they mixed up the order for corn tortillas with regular ones. We are gluten free due to food allergies. Unfortunately my daughter ate a couple bites of it before I noticed and she did get sick. But they did try to make it right while I was there. The chicken seemed like it was a little off this time it didn’t taste as good but I’m not sure what was going on with it. The beans and new rice were good. Employees were all friendly.

It’s been a while since we’ve been out to dinner other than locally near our house (we live 60+ miles from Beckley). Our service was way above average, a well deserved 5 stars. We did have a very small issue with one if our entrées but it was fixed quickly and both our waitress and I believe the Manager visited our table shortly after checking on us. My daughter and I are looking forward to coming back. The only negative thing I would say would be the increase prices of the menu items. $15 for a triple dipper is way to much. I thought $10.99 was high but I do understand that things aren’t the same as they used to be… but come on @Brinker

Everything that could have went wrong did go wrong. Food was quickly, not a good thing, and sloppily made. We didn’t receive straws, napkins, or any of the sauces we were promised. Ordered curbside, but had to go in to get the food. The workers very much seem to not care at all about quality or anything like that at all. It was a horrible experience all around, and this is the third time in a row. Do not go here if you want an actual good and well prepared meal.

I hadn’t been in Chilli’s in a lot of years. The waitress was amazing. I ordered a burger, it was cooked to perfection. Was large enough I brought 1/2 home for dinner. The waitress gave me fresh chips to bring home. Guac was great. Definitely going back

Chili’s provided a mixed experience. The waiter was fantastic, incredibly friendly, and attentive. However, the host’s behavior was disappointing, as they threw the menu on the table and lacked friendliness. On the positive side, the food was amazing, exceeding expectations. The restaurant maintained cleanliness, creating a pleasant dining environment. Despite the initial interaction, the overall experience at Chili’s was enjoyable, thanks to the exceptional waiter and delicious food.

For one, I can’t stand when you walk into a restaurant with 4 kids and the host sits you behind an elderly couple. Put families in family friendly environments! Our waitress was very slow. It took 25 minutes just to get our reciept and pay even after I told her we were in a rush to get home. The food is typical for chili’s. It was good.

Upon entering resturant had an odd-off putting smell, was seated promptly at a table that had either a mountain of paper towels and garbage, or a dirty diaper under it by the bar. Didn’t stay to try the food.

My first time eating here. Food was good but not over $100 good. That’s how much it was for just 3 of us. 2 appetizers and 2 meals that all 3 of us shared. The Texas style ribs were great. But when the check came I suddenly became nauseous. And the 3 yr old lil girl sitting at the bar coughing all over the place didn’t help matters much ♂️ 6/10
