The food is good and decently priced. Our service was lacking a little bit. I ordered a burger, and the waitress forgot to ask me how I wanted it cooked. By the time I remembered, the food was on its way out. I would have grabbed her prior to them making it, but she was nowhere to be found. It wasn’t bad but not the way I usually like it. Atmosphere is great. I like that there’s plenty of tvs to watch sports on while you dine.

This place is very “hit or miss”. The staff is always friendly but the service is inconsistent. There seems to be no systemic training among staff. I’ve had bar drinks come out before fountain drinks and entrees given before appetizers, often missing a side item. They’re always great about fixing an issue. Once the food & drinks arrive to the table it’s usually pretty tasty. On taste alone- 6-8/10. Service 5/10.

Food was terrible! It took over 30 MINUTES to get seated when we were told it was only gonna take 15 minutes, HALF the time! I had to flag a random person down for a refill and they practically threw the re-filled drink on the table and ran away without saying a word. People around us were complaining and walking out and this is all while there isn’t a SINGLE employee in the entire dining area of Chilli’s. Ridiculous ! Cant believe anyone would want to come here. Not to mention they can’t even clean their silverware #healthhazard. Wasn’t given any napkins and straws. Messy restaurant, stuff all over the floor, tables no where near cleaned that have been sitting there for GOD knows how long! Happy to say won’t ever be returning !

Make sure to check your order. After waiting 15 min past given time at curbside, I went inside and still had to wait longer for my order. Drove 20 min home to find they gave us an incorrect meal in the order, ordered ribs, got steak, tried to eat it rather than waste time driving back but the steak was so fatty, I just couldn’t. At least my lady enjoyed her ribs…..

Looked online to confirm the time they were open till, time said 11. Showed up at 1015 in hopes for appetizer, and was told kitchen was closed. Wished we didn’t drive out of our way when the closing time says 11. I understand kitchens usually close 10 to 15 minutes early but 45 minutes seemed excessive or should be noted that kitchen closes well before closing time. There were still multiple tables in there that appeared to just have gotten food, we were not the only people there I would understand other wise.

Paid but got nothing. I ordered from Chili’s in Glenmont, NY, solely b/c it advertised and promised curbside delivery. I ordered and paid through the phone application, including the suggested tip which equaled what most people tip for an hour of table service. When I arrived at the restaurant, I advised through the app that I had arrived and specified which curbside delivery parking space I was in. The app responded by telling me that my food was ready and stating “someone will be right out.” After waiting 9 minutes, I called to check the status of my order. I could see the person inside answer the phone through the window. She told me that I had to come inside to the bar to pick up my food. I said no, I had chosen curbside delivery. She said that their curbside delivery person wasn’t working, so I had to come inside to pick up my food. She never explained how I was supposed to know that. No one called or texted to tell me to come inside, and the app still said that someone would be right out. Apparently, they assume that their customers are clairvoyant. It was 70 degrees and dry at the time. I could see several staff members through the window, but she maintained her position that I had to come inside. Being disabled, that wasn’t really an option. I had driven 10 miles to get my dinner, but the promised curbside delivery was refused. So, I drove 10 miles home empty handed. This wasn’t just rude – how long would they have left me sit in the parking lot — but is fraud. I will never go here again. UPDATE: Chili’s did apologize and issue full refund.

Waited 30 minutes for To Go order that was ready. Curbside pickup fail for sure as I had to go inside to get food. Manager unapologetic at delay. I could understand if they were busy but, they weren’t. Plenty of staff and only a handful of guests inside.

Much to my surprise Chili’s Buffalo chicken salad has been discontinued. My husband and I visited this establishment twice a week for this menu item. Suggested I try the Buffalo sandwich which was hard to eat. I won’t be coming back.
