Great neighborhood place close to Costco and other stores. Flavorful food, cheerful service, easy digital checkout and ordering. Got the fajita trio and new mac and cheese side.

It’s always something that goes wrong every-time I order for delivery. You tell me if this deserves 5 stars I ordered a pick 3 and got 2 scoops of rice. So Disappointed. Asked for ketchup and didn’t get any. When I asked for utensils the manager came out with an attitude. How am I supposed to eat my food? With my fingers like a caveman??? Ridiculous. I will not order from this restaurant again and definitely don’t recommend.

We tried to eat here around 8pm on a Friday. We walked in and waited at the front for about 10 minutes and even though there were employees walking around and there were plenty of open tables, we figured it must be a seat yourself situation because nobody ever greeted us or gave us menus. It was a real challenge to find a clean table. Honestly the whole place was filthy, with takeout orders waiting to be picked up sitting on top of crumbs from previous diners, and a weird smell, like someone tried to cover up the smell of feet with carpet cleaner. We noticed that there were digital menus at the table so we found a clean table but you could not order from the digital menus except drinks and dessert. That tipped us off that it was not seat yourself so we went back to the front and tried to get someone to assist. However, we never could get anyone’s attention or assistance so we left without eating. There are so many other places to eat, there is no reason to ever eat here.

Lewis our server was great with food suggestions, and very attentive service. The food was fresh and upto Chilis standards. The restaurant was clean and we had a great experience. Drinks were well made. The guacamole was excellent and the dinner for two deal was a great value with the chicken fajitas. A delicious and very filling meal. All was good.

I normally don’t write reviews or leave comments about restaurant or any other places I visit, however, this time, I feel kind of responsibility to enlighten others.

I was very impressed with how responsible this Chili’s was with COVID-19 protocols. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and we were seated immediately in their pretty empty dining room. I’d say no more than 20% full. It was the most safe I’ve felt in any restaurant during the pandemic. Employees were thoroughly cleaning the tables and seating after each party left. Now, on to the food – I got the Ultimate Smokehouse Combo – a sampling of Chili’s BBQ items. I chose the Texas Dry Rub Ribs, Brisket Quesadillas, and Crispy Chicken Crispers which came with Roasted Street Corn, Garlic Toast, and Fries. This was hands down the best BBQ dish I’ve had. Now, I haven’t had much “authentic” BBQ, so take that however you will, I’m just saying I thought it was amazing. The ribs had great flavor and we’re perfectly tender, the crispy chicken strips were familiar and satisfying, the corn was the best side with all the yummy toppings, and best of all were the brisket quesadillas. I was in heaven taking and savoring each bite. It will be a very hard decision getting a full serving of that or this combo again next time I go to a Chili’s. We also ordered the warm Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie and it was so so so so good. There’s something magical about having it served warm which just made it extra delicious.

Ordered the Three-Course + ‘Ritas with my wife. We drank mango margaritas and had salad for our apps. She has the half rack of ribs and I had the Cajun chicken pasta. We split the salted caramel molten cake (not shown).

This turned out to be one of the better Chili’s. We were going every Friday night. It’s kind of near FDU, so once in a while, there’d be some stoned college boys acting silly, but not disruptive. It seems like Chili’s always seats the small children in the same two booths, so if you want a slightly less annoying dinner, sit on the left side of the restaurant.

Just had a fantastic dining experience at this location and wanted to share. Our waitress Gianna was very attentive and even got our complicated order with substitutions correct! We were seated in the bar area and had a positive interaction with the bartender Amber as well, she makes a mean mango presidente margarita lemme tell yous. Overall great experience and we will be back again!
