I’ve been coming here pretty much every Thursday like clockwork since I moved here in February. However, this visit was much more special than any other. My family has been coming to Chili’s for years, but to the locations in Maryland. My go to meal for all of those visits was always the Chicken, Bacon & Ranch Quesadilla. Adjusted to no bacon, lettuce or pico de gaillo. However within the last year or so they had gotten rid of the key ingredient to that dish and that was the ancho ranch. That is until tonight. Having gotten to know the bartender Carrissa who works on Thursdays now, her and the manager Jimmy teamed up and made that dipping sauce happen for me and for that I am forever grateful. It means a lot for a restaurant to go above and beyond like that and to truly care for their customer and its more than I could’ve ever asked for. Thank you Carrissa and Jimmy for doing that for me!

I went to this location with my family a few days ago and had a pretty bad experience. The server was kind of careless. She didn’t warn us before we ordered that there was no refills with the root beer. She tried charge us for the salsa even though it was supposed to be free with the 3 for me deal, and she never asked me how I wanted my steak. When my food arrived my steak was raw, so I asked her to please send it back and make it at least a medium well. When it was brought out it was by another person who dropped it at the table and left without asking me to cut into it, and surprise, it was still rare. So I had to get my waitress over and tell her to please take it back again because it was still very bloody, so she did, and when she brought it back out the third time she actually finally waited for me to cut into it, and surprise, it was still very red and cold, like they never actually did anything to it. By that time everyone in my family had already eaten, so I just asked her to take it and please remove it from my bill because I didn’t want it. After that she brought us our bill, and instead of removing my food from the bill she removed my son’s meal instead (the least expensive), and when I told her that wasn’t right she argued with me that she was doing me a favor because she would have had to charge me separately for the chips and salsa appetizer that was supposed to be free with my meal (which made no sense b cause with the difference in price between the meals it’s like I paid for the chips and some)! So I complained online about my experience, never got an official apology but had a $25 gift card sent to me, no message, just the card. So today I decided to give it another shot and buy some food for pickup. Silly me! My kids’ burgers were rare, and there was a long, black hair on my chips (I’m blonde). Safe to say enough is enough! Bad service, bad food prep, bad customer service! Save your money and go to 99 instead!

I don’t know if I have ever been to Chili’s but first time for everything. The chicken tenders with fries were as average as you can get. The boneless tenders tasted like they were out of a bag. The buffalo sauce was ok. This is like an Applebees but worse. Nice people though.

First time in a long time since I had a burger from Chili’s. I just happened to be hungry in the area so I did a take out. The wait time wasn’t long at all. The place is not to busy. Very clean. Most of all, Celso did an amazing job helping me and providing excellent customer service. Workers like him is what motivate customers to want to come back for more! Thanks again Celso!

This is OK. I’ve been here twice now, a month apart, while visiting Newport. The food is well-served, but I still haven’t found something that I particularly like or would keep me coming back. The service is fine and attentive, everyone super happy to see you.

Sirloin steak exceeded our expectations. Two Pale ale beers. Hannah is extremely efficient and executed nearly every position in the restaurant should be hired as manager.

We had a very pleasant dinner in this restaurant. My kids loved the meal. This is the first time my youngest has eaten a hamburger without removing anything from the original recipe. My oldest had a hard time deciding on what to order, but the waitress was very patient and kind.
