It was an overall bad trip because our food took about an hour and my niece got chicken wings and they were the wrong things and they were very spicey. Service was good. Waiter was nice.

I’ve ordered take out from this location several times and it was always a great experience. My preferred method of restuarant ordering is through an app and pick up in store. This works flawlessly here. The last time I ordered it was a huge family meal for my daughters birthday and we got everything we ordered and it was delicious. They give you lots of fries too! We got burgers, chicken, soup, ribs, salad and more. I will be frequenting this store, using the app!

We had lunch at Chili’s during a trip to the Berkshire’s. The food was very good. Service was very good. The restaurant was very clean, bathrooms were clean.

Corn tasted like paper, I ordered bacon burger, got a double patty cheeseburger with no toppings. Ordered a drink, didn’t receive it when I paid for it. Loaded mashed potatoes weren’t great, toppings were on one side. Would not recommend. If eating out, go somewhere else.

Car side 2 Go is actually you go inside and get the food, so if you leave a really good tip like I did expecting someone to bring your food out to you, don’t. You will have to go inside to get your food, oh and it will probably be cold like mine was even though I arrived on time. This was unfortunately not the first time, but will be the last for sure as I will not return.

Our party of twelve (12) had lunch here on 3/28. Going in, we knew the ongoing staff shortage and with a big party there would be issues. We were prepared to deal with them.

Nice people working there, but they seemed to be short staffed. Which of course slowed service down. Our waitress was also the bartender which had her running non stop.

Food is good but the service for your free appetizer when you sign up for rewards is a joke, you would think the waitress would take it off for you, it’s up to you then the screen goes blank, never works

Ordered a salad and drink for curbside pick-up, it totaled to $17. I waited for almost 30 minutes before calling and asking where it was, the girl said it was ready but no one brought it out. When it finally came out it looked like it had been sitting out all day, not fresh at all. The avocado was rotten along with the lettuce. Would never buy this again.
