This is exactly what you’d expect from an airport Chili’s but what set this particular one apart was the service. Unfortunately I don’t recall the name of the bartender/server who helped me but he was first class. The seating at the bar was full so I had to sit at a table just behind the bar and this man specifically came out from behind the bar to take my order. There were waitresses to do this but he took it upon himself to make sure I was taken care of. He wore glasses and I believe he was from Spain or somewhere in that region. Maybe Morocco. Either way, he made that layover not just enjoyable but memorable.

There isn’t enough staff for the location so food takes quite a while to reach you and it’s poor quality when it gates to you. My steamed broccoli was entirely raw, the salmon had none of the seasoning or sauce promised on the menu, and it took almost 40 minutes longer than estimated. It’s sad because the servers were really nice but just super stressed and stretched really thin

Unhealthy cookie cutter menu. Chicken wings is essentially sauce on batter fried tender chicken. Returned it. Sad that there are hardly any healthy food options.

A really good place for a beer and burger before you go on board. The service was fast and friendly. And the burger was pretty good. Still it was crowed but the service had the overview anytime. Thanks. Next time i will be back.

At O’Hare airport waiting for flight and decided to have lunch at Chili’s. Chicken sandwich was good but not great. Beef burger was excellent. Fries with both meals were very good. Service was excellent and prompt. Great place to eat if short on time for flight.

I ask for help with the app bc I couldn’t order, and the server told me “ no! You already order and it’s $130” I tried to explain him that was a mistake but he was really rude and He started yelling at me and telling me not to touch my cell phone because I was making more orders and I would have to pay a lot of money, I got upset and asked him to give me the account of the drink that had already arrived and he didn’t want to receive the money and he told me to leave. It’s a Shame because the rest of the waitress looks nice, was only him.

Easily the worst airport restaurant I’ve ever been to. Server’s sections are too big, the food was awful, the scan-to-order process was convoluted and double-charged half of our ordered items. Go literally anywhere else in this airport for a better experience.

Terrible service, server not interested very expensive took salmon menu $28 plus plus waited for 30 minutes food did not requested to pack as my flight was in 20 minutes. To my surprise rice was hard uncooked , salmon was dry with no taste. Broccoli was raw had few bites and had to throw in garbage afraid will get sick as broccoli looked not fresh either and that too raw

BE CAREFUL FOR SCAMMERS!! Scammed me and lied about not taking my Fanny pack with wallet. Had several customers in the restaurant support me and witness the waitress take my wallet to the back. When I asked for it back she acted she had no idea and several other workers spun me in circles sending me to different people being zero help. When customers spoke up they fessed up the Fanny pack but took everything from the wallet. (Fanny pack was in the same cupboard several other workers opened up behind the bar and claimed “it wasn’t there”) unable to get my cards back, beware of this place all the workers seemed to be working together.
