This was my first visit to Chili Thai. Based on the high rating, I was expecting a better experience. There was nothing wrong with the food, but it was just average. I tried the crab wontons (a bit greasy) and pad see eiw (a bit watery). Both dishes were flavorful. My waitress was very friendly and attentive. I plan to return another time with my sister and will update my review based on how that visit goes.

Enjoyed some Thai food in this small but very cozy restaurant. I tried the Tom Yum soup and it definitely hit the spot especially on a cold night in Silverdale. I plan on visiting again soon to try the rest of the menu.

The pad thai was okay. The tum kah was decent. The flavor was a little bit more mild than I was used to. And that’s totally okay. Some people have different preferences. That’s fine. The mango sticky rice was very delicious. I ended up getting food poisoning though. It was either from this, or from that watermelon I ate. Not actually sure if you can get food poisoning from watermelon that’s been refrigerated and is still kind of crispy.

The restaurant rebranded to “Chili Thai.” I ordered dine-in “Fish cake” nice texture, a little bouncy with a taste of curry, and “Glass noodle salad,” a house style, very tasty, not overly spicy. Also, take out “Laab,” “Crab wanton,” and “Pineapple fried rice.” The Pineapple fried rice was my least favorite because the fresh pineapple here wasn’t sweet. But the fried itself was perfect.

The pad Thai was good and the green curry sauce was very nice. The portions where a bit on the smaller side, for the cost, and for a hungry family. I would probably eat here again, but only if I was solo.
