I was told about this place by a coworker, so I had to check it out. I came by and ordered The Carne Asada Fries and a Chili Cheeseburger. (Heads up, it isn’t chili like a chili bowl it’s green chile) Nonetheless, it was a delicious twist on it. The fries, meat, and chile combination were amazing. I was impressed and will come back another time to try the other things they have to offer.

Chili-Shack was sooo good, I got a breakfast burrito and the guy was nice and the food was good. A little expensive. Big ol burrito!

The food is delicious, if you love Colorado greenchilli than you will love this place. The green chili does have a kick to it but not so much that you can’t taste anything for the next week. They do close kinda early though.

Went for the first time, breakfast burritos have good flavor! Unfortunately the x-hot chili was very bland and had no spice. The chips were over cooked and the salsa was bland as well. Very disappointed there wasn’t any kind of spice in the green chili or salsa. Chips and salsa are definitely not worth the $7 they charged.

I don’t know the people that work here are just rude.. But the food is just as good as their original chubbies. It’s right off a cofax, so don’t get ran over. There is not a restaurant to sit inside.. Parking sucks, so be careful..

I took my baby girl therewe had a hand held Mexican hamburger… She has not had one in her life there. She is 33. She said it was Bomb! Good food makes people happy… Thank you Chili Shack.

Chili-cheese fries were a decently delicious mess that would definitely have been better as drunk food. Green chili had some chile flavor but was mostly a “creamy something” that I couldn’t quite place. The girl that took my order was friendly and told me that they could make it “really spicy” for me. I’d say it ended up probably in the medium+ range on a Thai/Indian heat scale. As others have noted, the service can take a while.
