Uhh thanks for being my new go to, I’ve tried multiple garbage plate hot spots throughout chili and Henrietta and so far this is my favorite place after only one visit! Even though it $2 more a plate you get way more in one plate then you would if you got bill grays, flavors are great, it’s got a nice kick to it too! Took me a while to finish this plate and I broke a sweat doing it

Wouldn’t recommend. Too heavy on cayenne seasoning witout consideration of other seasoning needs. Perhaps a Chili garbage plate? Definitely not to the Rochester standard.

Ordered a Mediterranean salad, the menu stated with black olives and red onions. Mine was made with Kalamata olives that still had pits and sliced white onion…won’t order again thank you

Asked for everything and apparently that doesn’t even include ketchup, which is a basic topping. There’s barely any meat sauce at all. Can’t find the cheese in the “grilled cheese”. Just go to Tahou’s for a garbage plate :/

First time eating at Chili Hots and will definitely be going back. Cheeseburger plate with Mac salad and home fries and it was amazing! Large portions. The meat sauce is delicious, and spicy, so you might want to get it on the side if you’re sensitive to heat.

Can’t handle a timed order, girls at the front have horrible customer service just beyond rude, messed my plate up then gave me a hard time about re making it. Nasty looks from everyone when getting there after driving the 15 minutes back to get what I actually ordered. Will not be going back what an awful experience.

Wonderful! You enter the restaurant, a person at the counter takes your order and you pay. Sit down and your order is delivered or they call your name and you pick up. Served hot, get your own drink, no fuss!

The quality of this establishment has decreased immensely. It’s very inconsistent. Instead of making new fries, they are double dipped. Tots were inedible due to being double cooked. There is no concern for quality .

Was just here to get lunch with since friends. I ordered a garbage plate that was $13.95 on the menu. There was also a sign that says there’s a cash discount… I told the cashier I’d pay cash and she says it’ll be $19….. That didn’t add up. I pointed out the price on the digital menu above her and all she said was “oh, I think he changed the prices” nothing else. I said okay I’m not getting a garbage plate for $19 and I went back to my table. My friend got a plate afterwards and paid card, it was normal price. Was she confused or was she trying to pocket cash? Seems sketchy but I think she is just confused.

Last Sunday evening November 27th I was taking my son back to College after a long day and a lot of driving we saw we could get to chili hots before 9pm. We thought they were open til 10 the new winter hours were 9pm. We got there at 8:50PM and we asked if were ok to get service and with a smile and great service with no problem at we got our food that was amazing!! Thank you for great customer service that we do not see too much anymore and excellent food one of the best garbage plates I ever had!!
