Very delicious. They even have potatoes like my dad used to make. Green Chile smothered carne asada burrito melted in my mouth the homemade chips and salsa were excellent. The chips were crispy and had nice little air bubbles in them. I’m definitely going back

Great new restaurant downtown! Service was fast and friendly. Reasonable prices and the food was amazing! I loved the chicken enchilada, pork avocado burrito and the house margarita. The refried beans and rice were also really good! Will definitely be back 🙂

Great family restaurant. Food tasted authentic, green chili was great and pork/guacamole burrito was spicy but very tasty, awesome house made chips and best salsa I’ve had any where.

This a wonderful new restaurant here in the Springs. While there, the owners made sure that I felt welcomed. I also found the offerings to be unique and fairly priced. Everything is made fresh. This is definitely not fast food. I really hope they succeed because I am definitely coming back here as often as possible.

My wife had been trying to get me to try this place because she had enjoyed take out breakfast a couple of times. We finally went and I didn’t even get a chance to try the food because it never arrived! They were busy, so good to see business is going well. We patiently waited 12-15 minutes to be seated, then once seated we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. We placed our food order and our drinks still hadn’t arrived, so after another 10 minutes with no drinks we ended up asking someone if they could bring our drinks. Another 20 minutes had passed and we still hadn’t received our food (it had been well over a half hour by then) but we continued to wait because my wife was certain it would be worth it. But once we noticed some people who came in after us received their food we decided enough was enough so we left. We went to the counter and offered to pay for our drinks, but at least they had the decency not to charge us for them. It’s been more than a week since my wife made a comment on their FB page but no one acknowledged it, so I guess they definitely are not interested in the negative experience we had. Oh well, they don’t have to worry about us going there again and she has stopped making recommendations, where as before she was raving about this place.

Chile Colorado is the hidden gem of southern Mexican food. My husband and I went to eat breakfast and loved it so we came back for lunch and all I can say is bomb dot com!! I got the carne asada tacos and hubby got the slopper. We also started with a cheese quesadilla. Tacos were perfect, corn tortilla and carne asada were authentic and high quality. If there is one thing im obsessed with are the HOUSE POTATOES…too good breakfast or lunch you gotta get them.
