Apparently Uber eats takes precedence over in store customers. Staff doesn’t have any customer service skills. Here for 20 minutes and wasn’t even looked at until I said are you still taking orders. Putting your back to customers and not addressing them is horrible. *Edited I’m a business owner and the key here was not even acknowledging the customers with a simple welcome guys, we’re super busy at the moment we’ll be with you in a few minutes. I watched maybe a dozen or so customers walk out because of this. I specifically drove to this location so I waited. Mark and co worker did make my experience better by the time I received my order. Churros were fresh. Updated to 3 stars just due to initial reception

Our first visit & was very pleased with the service & quality of Churros & selection of dips. Jonathan was very pleasant & helpful. He gave me a few small samples of dips to help me chose. The Butterfield milkshake was great as it had chucks of the candy along with crushed candy. milkshake. Enjoyed watching Marcus making the batter.

I was searching for something sweet and this spot fixed my sweet tooth craving. I ordered the Sundae and it was delicious. The ice cream, the syrup, my toppings and churros was good. The churros wasn’t as crispy as I would like in the inside but still tasty. This spot wasn’t to busy, great customer service, not long of a wait and vibe to have a date night dessert here. I’ll be back in the future for sure.
