Chihiro Sushi & Bar in Euless- Westbound Harwood just west of Highway 360. PSA: do NOT go. The miso soup was good. The interior of the restaurant looked really nice and new. The bathrooms are completely touchless except for the faucet, and extremely clean. The staff was really courteous. The digital jukebox on the wall is kinda cool.

This has become our go-to sushi place. Chihiro has the best sushi around hands down. Small place that’s super friendly with a bar and great service. Not a chain! It has a nice neighborhood feel. (Did I mention the sushi is great? – none of that mushy mystery filling you get in rolls like at other places.) Try the volcano roll… And the streamliner… and the cherry blossom! Meet your friends there… Or take a date.

This is a lowkey, non-pretentious sushi place. The bar is very prominent, but also has tables for those who want more of a restaurant experience. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by people who were clearly regulars. Their menu, both food and cocktails, are very extensive. It’s pretty good quality too. The staff was also friendly. If you want a chill place that has good sushi and a bar you can chat with friends and strangers alike, this is a good place to check out.

Door dashed here and it was terrible. Paid nearly $60 for gas station quality sushi. Poorly made, poorly packaged, poor quality ingredients. Within 10 minutes of eating we both felt unwell. One of the pieces of fish was just skin. They tried to jam our three rolls into a small package and all the flavors blended together. The crunchy roll was just raw sushi topped with Rice Krispies. I would save your money and eat elsewhere.

Sushi was good, and the honey garlic sauce on the jumbo chicken was delightful. With that said the chicken was definitely NOT CLEANED properly.. & there was no flavor after the first bite so kinda disappointed with that.

New location (across the street from old location) with a lot more space. The food was really, really good. We had great customer service. A surprise addition was a live band! Currently, there is entertainment on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Definitely give them a try, especially the Grilled Seafood dish.

Without a doubt the best sushi we have had in the DFW area. Always very fresh and with an ever evolving menu there is something new to try. We lived in Euless when we found Chihiro and have since moved. We still will make the hour drive to Chihiro every chance we get. Steve and Rose are the absolute best!
