Service was extremely slow. Cashier mumbled and was incredibly hard to hear. The chicken drumsticks were fine but the tenders we ordered were undercooked. Onion rings and fries were cold and soggy. Absolutely disgusting. Will never go to this one again.

This place is adding tips to your bill that was not authorized. My order was 36.02 they charged me a 7.20 tip. I paid with credit card machine it says press 1 for no tip & the worker told me press 1 for no tip. I did & was charged 7.20 tip the machine is rigged check your receipt. Manager came gave me my money back. Cashier told manager she pressed the wrong button to add a tip. I told her & manager No I didn’t I pressed 1 for no tip. Plus the receipt says balance due 0.00 total 36.02 then in small print at bottom it has tip & total with tip 43.22. No telling how many people they have ripped off doing this. Machine rigged check your receipt. This was a carryout order at 8:39 pm on 4/27/23 order# #101. Leaving all this info for the owner to investigate ASAP!

Tiny wings, wish I could post pictures. Knew they were tiny so they gave me a extra one. .75 cents for any condiment even if you order chicken. Too expensive $12, for 4 tiny wings, scoop of unseasoned corn, and a cold as roll.

To start it was dinner time on a Weekday afternoon when I visited this place. The entire restaurant was empty even thou the Jimmy John’s that’s right next door and the restaurant across the street were very busy with a short wait. Not at Chicken shack thou and I absolutely see why. The people working here are absolutely Miserable and unhelpful. The servings were incredibly small, we ordered the “fr.esh” fish. And a chicken sandwich. The fish literally looked like it was frozen fish sticks heated up. Then the chicken sandwich was also disappointing and really small. To add to the disappointment the bill was 27 dollars for the tiny , not very good food We received. We would have been much more satisfied just going to McDonald’s. If your in the area I’d suggest anything else besides here.

Horrible Service!!!! Horrible Manager Service. We waited 35 min for a simple order only after I went up there and numerous people passed us. They said oh we gave your order away. No offer to fix it or apologize to us we are from out of town . It was late and we had to travel hours. I ask for outer money back and still no assistance or offer of can we make it right. Terrible. This was our first visit and we will never return. Only one nice young cook came around to try to offer any help only for manager to disrespect him. Sad.
