I took my mom here for lunch about a month ago. It had a nice atmosphere and we had good a lunch, overall (although I ate cookies instead of my sandwich). The decor was nice and the iced sugar cookies were delicious. My mom enjoyed her food more than I did. She had a regular chicken salad sandwich. I would not recommend the spicy sandwich meal, which I had, because it was too spicy and way too salty.

Really mad that I waited this long to give them a try. I’m obsessed. The turkey club, pasta salad and grape salad was absolutely divine. There’s no way I could’ve slept in peace tonight before giving the 5 star rating. It’s like that mysterious void we all carry in our hearts…chicken salad chick filled it, and I didnt even know it was there.

Had a croissant sandwich and it was delicious and they have the best lemonade in town. Nice customer service and the restaurant was light ,airy and clean. The loaded potato soup was great.

The actual chicken salad is excellent. But these sandwiches are all bread. They need 2x the chicken salad to fill them up. Also, this location has the worst designed parking lot I’ve ever seen. The engineer who designed it needs to lose his license.

Everytime I come here the workers do not make my order correctly or it’s inconsistent. I usually get the chicken salad Blt and one time it have 4 large straps of bacon and sometimes only two . The workers here are like young highschoolers and they do not listen, communicate well or follow instructions . They need to replace whoever is on the stand for prepping the sandwiches. The managers don’t take accountability either . So sad for a business that has descent food but service is poor.

I am thoroughly impressed with the Chicken Salad Chick in Bossier. I dine in at the restaurant quite a bit and I have never been disappointed. The employees always greet me with a warm smile and kind word, they accurately take my order, and when they drop off the food they ensure the order is correct. Each time I’ve visited a worker has visited my table at least twice to see if I need anything. It’s hard to find service like that in this day and age and I feel like these employees should be commended for their hard work and dedication. 5/5 stars!
