First visit. Pulled up to drive thru, got food extremely fast. Friendly customer service. Meal was $10. Broccoli salad is so good! Got the BLT on a croissant. Just traditional salad. I will be back again! Everything was amazing. Just enough food! Great lunch spot!

I had the turkey sandwich and grape salad. It was delicious. The staff was nice , through, and helpful. Very aware at cleaning the area when you finished your meal. If you go try not to go around lunch, it was packed, customers standing and waiting for you to leave so they can grab your table, which shows that the food is fantastic.

We just visited Chicken Salad Chick for our first time, and we really enjoyed it! I had a scoop of Cranberry Kelli and grape salad. They were both delicious. My husband had a scoop of Olivia’s Old South and a side of the loaded potato soup. He didn’t really like the soup, but his scoop was good. We were surprised to get a little cookie and pickle with our meal. The decor is really pleasant. We’ll definitely be going back!

This was our first time at Chicken Salad Chick, and it exceeded our expectations! The staff were super helpful, allowing us to try many samples and answering our million questions. The food was very fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was super clean and tidy. I had the Sassy Scotty, broccoli salad, and potato soup. My wife had the classic with a scoop of pimento cheese. We both LOVED it all. Thanks for bringing a new restaurant to town that isn’t filled with deep fried garbage! 🙂

Everything tastes amazing! However the portions are humorously small and disappointing, though staff are friendly. I was so excited to try this place after seeing it on Facebook and honestly, I could have gone down the street to Jason’s deli. Do better.

I was EXTREMELY pleased to learn this franchise has arrived so close to home (about 45 minute drive) as I have been to Chicken Salad Chick in Tampa FL and love it. Employees of the Bloomington IL location were very gracious and welcoming. The facility was very clean. I will definitely make the drive for this delicious meal.
