Like no other around. It is very clean and nice looking inside. Employees are friendly and helpful. They have several chicken salad options to choose from. They will give you small samples to help you choose. Pretty good tasting items. The grape salad as side is really great tasting. They also have regular sandwiches if chicken salad isn’t your thing. The cookie that comes with your combo meal is very good as well. A little pricey depending on what you order.

Love this quick casual lunch spot. There are many items already packaged and ready to go quickly. Many gluten free options as well. Every flavor I ha e tried has been delicious. They have a gluten free dessert now. Only drawback is the hours.

Great experience! Very helpful to someone who has never been to a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant. Food is totally fresh and a good calue for the money! Too bad we live in Ohio and are just passing thru or we would be regulars here.

I didn’t know yhere was a restaurant like this in Paducah! My last experience was in Asheville, NC. This was an excellent experience and right at lunch hour! Warm and friendly staff and spotless restaurant. The loaded potato soup was fantastic!

I came to your drive through two days in a row with my 87 year old mother, who was not feeling well. she had fallen, which was why i was in town from Tennessee, and after a quick dental visit, she requested chicken salad. i had not tried CSC before, but it was excellent. we ordered sandwiches on croissants with the fruit. she ate well. the next day, i was preparing to leave and had taken my mother to a walk-in clinic with cold symptoms. i was concerned about her feeling unwell, but we decided to get chicken salad again. i think she tried the Southern version this time and enjoyed it as well. Both visits were at the drive thru, which was prompt and accurate. The staff was great. my mother continued to feel ill and was later diagnosed with the flu, so I’m thankful that she had two enjoyable and relatively healthy meals with me.

Loved this unique fast food specialty restaurant! We tried several things. I got chicken salad on a croissant and loved it. My hubby got the spicy pimento cheese and I got a taste. It was delicious as well! The sides were unique and all very fresh and good! The dessert was pina colada cheesecake and it just melted in your mouth! Each meal came with a little butter cookie with icing on it! So cute and again very moist and yummy! Definitely will visit here again!!

Adorable little place. I feel like the portion size for the amount spent wasn’t balanced, but the food is good. I do eat here from time to time. I thought the BBQ Chicken Salad needed more BBQ flavor than it had. There was only a hint of BBQ taste to it. I like heavier seasoning. The pasta salad is one of the best I have ever had. The little complimentary cookie they give you is a perfect sweet treat!!

Spotless restaurant, super clean. The owners are great people, good humans, and not only own the business, but are on site every day working alongside their employees. Nice atmosphere and convenient location.
