Food is delicious. I normally get takeout and can’t help but notice that the white siding near the window is dirty and has dead bugs on it. I mentioned to the server that she should tell the manager that it needs to be pressure washed. It doesn’t present a good appearance and kind of turns your stomach.

Stopped in to try something new while out of town on vacation, and we were thoroughly impressed. The food was prepared correctly and received quickly. wishing a location would open close to home. Highly recommend.

Walked in and went to the counter, which was manned by a person who appeared to be around middle school age. Asked for info on gluten free food. Counter person looked at me with confusion and asked the older person near them. I was handed a menu, which is labeled clearly for gluten content. Mentioned my celiac disease and the fact that I can get really sick if I have any gluten.. Again, look of confusion. I asked counter person to speak to the people handling my food so they might be careful for me. Never happened. As far as the food goes, I wouldn’t know because I couldn’t eat it. I asked for a to go box “because I can’t eat that” and not a single word of concern was conveyed to me. Apparently, the staff missed the day with the customer service training. Last time I’ll go there.

My wife and I love this place! The Chicken Salad on the Croissant is our favorites! The restaurant was very nice and our service was excellent! I enjoyed reading about the history and story of how Chicken Salad Chick started. What an inspiration!

Ordered soup and salad. Told her what scoop and dressing I wanted. When it was delivered there hwasn’t a salad just a scoop and crackers. Told the worker what I ordered and and she left but didn’t come back. Eventually flagged down another one and she said what I ordered isn’t even an option. She did ask if I wanted her to get me a salad but I didn’t know if she would charge me again or not plus I was in a hurry and hungry so I declined and just ate what I had. Food was good but a little trouble with order which left me disappointed. Especially since I can’t get here very often and was looking forward to it.

Both orders were wrong. Soda fountain was OOC. Did not find out order was wrong untill we got home. Stated that I didn’t want my sandwich toasted. it was. Wife said no tomatoes. They were put on.
