delicious food and everyone is so nice and the woman who ran our food even made jokes with us:) i usually go through the drive thru and was surprised how nice the inside is. they also have watermelon tea and strawberry lemonade both were very delicious. i always get fruity fran and mac and cheese. never disappoint!!! and the COOKIES! SO GOOD!

If you specifically want chicken salad for lunch, this could be a good place to go. They have so many varieties, even the most picky chicken salad-connoisseur will like something. The attentive staff certainly help with the experience.

Im a loyal customer and come 2-3 times a week. My kids LOVE Chicken Salad Chick but I don’t know what’s going on with them lately. Here recently it’s a hit and miss if your food is going to be made correctly. I got a southwest sandwich and it barely had chicken salad on it. It was on the edges of the inside of the bread, almost like they took a small spoon and put it on there. I walked to the counter and told the lady and she looked at me like I was stupid and wrong for asking for a WHOLE scoop on my sandwich like I know it’s supposed to be. The kitchen laughed at me and made me feel so uncomfortable to the point I didn’t even eat. They made it into a “thing”! the cashier walked to the window just to see what I said and then promptly looked over at me with a snarky face. This place is going downhill It is going down hill. Someone needs to train the kitchen on how to make the food correctly and train staff on customer service.

My husband picked up an order for Fancy Nancy and also a side order of pasta salad. The bill was over $9.00. The chicken salad had one grape and 2 pieces of apple. The rest was chicken and mayonnaise. The pasta salad had a nice taste but there was a meager 2 bites. I’m very disappointed with this location. I would order from them again if they would provide what their menu states. $9 for 8 bites of food……I don’t think so.

On my first visit, I wasn’t offered a suggestive sale opportunity. A friend had ordered a sandwich from here that I didn’t see on the menu; no help in describing/successive sale. I’ll consider a return to this location, moving forward.

A little small for the amount of customers but that is because the food is good. Not a fan of the the unwrapped silverware that u reach in and grab but hey the food was delicious

Stop in and lunch with my beautiful wife at Chicken Salad Chick and the food was wonderful something new for me lol and I was surprised how clean the restaurant is and how the staff clean each table after each guest all the employee’s smiling and very friendly I will be back soon Nice place to eat.
