First time here. So many chicken salad flavors to choose from!!! I was a little disappointed from what I ordered, from seeing it on the poster in the window. I couldn’t even see any chicken salad in my Cresent and the cheese wasn’t melted. It was supposed to be a chicken melt. It still had great flavor, but the presentation just was not what I expected. The place is super cute. Reminds me of the looks of the old tea houses we used to have around. The kids up at the registers were really cute and sweet. They had alot of patience with me, being a Newby here, and gave a few samples of different flavors. I ended up getting the spicy chicken flavor. The little cookie was super yummy and a great little surprise finish. Cute little southern place to come to.

First time in this location. The only other one I have been to was in Florida. My order was taken by a very friendly young girl and she helped with making my decision. She even offered me a sample so I could taste it before actually ordering. Love this place!

Usually a great place. Today however I waited 25 minutes until my sandwich came. When I complained I was told they were very busy. When I pointed out the people sitting around me all came in afterwards and were already eating, the girl apologized and said she wasn’t responsible for preparing the food. 25 minutes!

It is a worthy treat for girls day out or mom-daughter date. It is pricey but delicious. I haven’t tasted a scoop or sandwich that I didn’t like from there. They have a nice variety to choose from the sweeter end to the savory-spicy end. The sweet tea is delicious. They are usually very busy on the weekends, but move you through at a decent rate. Seating can be an issue as it is limited in this olive branch location. The only other problem we have encountered is staff can be impatient and short with you to try and hurry customers along for traffic. While I understand this, it is still not a good business practice. Shouldn’t sacrifice quantity for quality in anything, especially service. Portion sizes are perfect for lunch, but on the smaller size if really hungry or wanting a nice dinner.

So many flavors of chicken salad! They will let you have a little sample so you can order the perfect flavor for you. I will definitely return when I am in the area. I wish there was another location closer.

While this was pretty good chicken salad I wasn’t too impressed with the wilted piece of lettuce and mushy tasteless slice of tomato on my not so fresh croissant. I wish I had taken a picture as I usually do, but I was eating lunch with my grandson at his school and I forgot. Pick up was easy after placing order on line but there is confusion on picking your side on line and inadvertently ordered an extra salad and was charged for it. Anyways the chicken salad was ok but not nearly as tasty as when they first opened. Why can’t chains stay good and consistent when they open multiple locations. I didn’t feel like it was the original kinda chunky luscious chicken salad I had when they first opened. There wasn’t a good amount on my sandwich and it was really sub-par. Prolly won’t return anytime soon.

This is my favorite place! We live about 30 minutes away, but every time we are in the area, we make sure to stop by! I especially love their Fancy Nancy style chicken salad and their potato soup! The food is excellent. The presentation is excellent. The service is great too! My only recommendation is to expand the kid’s menu! I have 5 kids and I usually have to choose a more suitable place for them to enjoy. I would also love to see more locations opened!

Food was good, serice was ok. Had to ask for the rest of our order and then go to front to get utensils. Most disappointing thing was only getting a tiny sliver of key lime pie that was delicious, however smaller than a piece of pie from burger king.

My husband and I finally went to Chicken Salad Chick for the first time last week. We had the BEST experience ever!! The chicken salad is soooooo GOOD it exceeded my expectations! I went back again today!! Customer service is GREAT I’m very pleased!!
