I mean, what’s there to say other than yes, you should be eating here. Right now. Hit start directions in google maps and get here. My favorite is the sassy Scotty sandwich with a scoop of egg salad. My dad has the poblano soup (which was incredible) and the Buffalo Barclay and he loved it.

This was recommended by a friend. First time here with my 2 children for a snack, and we received the most friendliest welcome, the most generous portions, and the tastiest chicken salad. I was surprised by the different flavors and options available. Recently, I’ve had to go gluten free, so I was glad to know they had “scoops” to place on lettuce as an option. However, the croissant bread my sons choose looked spot on.

This is our second time at Chicken Salad Chick. The first time was at a different location and the sandwich was filled with chicken salad. This time, not so much. We also ordered a croissant sandwich that didn’t look any better. The flavor is good but there’s just not much there for $22. Not sure we’ll be back.

They have a section called “Quick Chick” to grab and go a tub of chicken salad. This does not work! You have to stand in line 20 minutes plus, with the lunch orders to check out! Quick Chick should be part of carry out register which is much less busy. They only had one of three registered open and say they are short staffed. Well, pay people more and you won’t be short staffed! Not my problem! Won’t come here again due to poor service. Great chicken salad though…

I’ve always loved Chicken Salad Chick, I usually go to the location in Hendersonville but this one just opened closer to home. I placed a catering order last night for my daughters teacher appreciation week. I came in this morning at 10am (the stores time of open) to pick up my catering order and get some food for myself. I was disappointed with the quality to say the least. I ordered a croissant sandwich with fruit, mac & cheese, and chips. I was informed at the time of my order that there was only one pan of fresh fruit left for the day. I didn’t think anything of it at the time. After I dropping off my catering order I came home to eat the meal I had gotten for myself. The first thing I noticed was that my fruit cup has visibility rotten strawberries in it. Suddenly it made sense why they only had one pan left. They would be better off not serving it to anyone. However, it didn’t stop there. I discarded my fruit disappointed to have purchased something I couldn’t even consume. Only to discover that half of my sandwich was also missing the bottom bun. The mac and cheese was also super chunky. I’ve never had these problems at another location. It makes me wonder about my catering order and I hope the teachers find it to be in better condition.

My first time ever going was excellent!!! The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. The food was spectacular! It was definitely way better than I anticipated. I tried the sassy Scotty on a croissant with the broccoli salad and I would highly recommend both. My friend got the fruity Fran and grape salad which were both amazing! I cannot wait to go back to try more flavors.

I went to the new location in Hermitage. It’s delicious! The Barbie-Q has become my favorite I got a sandwich, on a croissant. It comes with a cookie and a side of my choice. I chose the broccoli salad. My sister’s fav is Fancy Nancy! It’s more traditional with grapes and nuts. I’ve already gone 4 times this week! You’ve gotta try it! See you there!

Honestly I was never really a fan of chicken salad so when my friends told me about this place I was hesitant. I have to say though, this place has turned me around. Not only is their food absolutely delicious but the employees look like they actually enjoy being there. The atmosphere is great it feels like a small restaurant type establishment. Definitely should give it a try. Only one con that is honestly also a pro: the menu is extremely customizable meaning that nothing is set in stone. You will have to be asked roughly 15-20 questions per your order. My recommendation is sassy Scotty in wheat toasted with grape salad. Oh and make sure you get one of their flower cookies(ask for a cold one, if you get a nice worker they’ll give you one, if not wait till you get home and pop that bad boy in the fridge for a bit)
