Tried Chicken Salad Chick Restaurant in Oviedo. Drive thru, pickup, or inside dining. One large scoop lemon basil chicken salad, a second large scoop (under 3$ for scoop #2) of Fruity Fran (Fuji apples, seedless grapes, & pineapple) 2 strawberry lemonades, 2 pina colada pie slices. Pie taste like cheesecake with pineapple Chunks ~ really good. Large container filled with good lettuces, tomatoes, and side of poppyseed dressing and fitty cent dill pickle slices. I put the loaf of fresh baked White Mountain bread next to it for size comparison. All Under 22$

We went through the drive thru ordered 3 sandwiches. Two toasted, neither of which were toasted (happens every time almost) and one on white bread. Idk what is on the bread but it was on both pieces. It doesn’t look like mold but it doesn’t look like anything I’ve ever seen. I called and spoke to Joshua who offered to give me a free sandwich which I’m grateful for, however when i offered to send a picture he said no. Which makes me wonder if they care to look at the problem and find the cause or not. Either way with past experiences we’ve been not too impressed with orders being wrong etc. this was kind of the icing on the cake for us to go to another location even if it’s further.

Upon entering the establishment it is very nice and fresh looking. The lady behind the counter explained the menu board and how to pick our sandwich combo. I ordered a Fruity Fran with a side of Mac n cheese. Presentation is fabulous. The little cookie was a pleasant surprise. My sandwich was dry and flavorless. The croissant was not a true flaky buttery croissant. Instead it had the texture of white bread and tasted like white bread. It might have been better if it could be toasted but I was informed they can not toast them. The chicken salad had no flavor. Even the pineapple had mild flavoring. I had no pieces of apple or grapes. The mac n cheese was hot but a tad dry and no flavor. It might be better to have a base chicken salad and then allow the customer to choose their items and create a salad they are craving? To have some rye bread, sourdough or pumpernickel? A few spices like garlic, celery salt and tarragon? I admire a small business that takes the initiative in todays market. Ack the cookie has a bio engineered ingredient????

One of my favorite places, particularly when I’m feeling calorie conscious. Food is delicious and there are many options that fit a strict calorie budget, assuming you avoid the breads and crackers. Highly recommend.

Summer salad with strawberries and pecans was delicious. Paired well with the Dill-icious Diva chicken salad and watermelon sweet tea. Sooo good that I had to get an extra quick chick to go!!

I used them for catering for an event at my home. They were amazingly helpful and allowed me to sample their different chicken salads and sides since I had never eaten there before. They walked me through the ordering process and were timely with their delivery. To top it all off the food was a hit! Highly recommend!

We were in a hurry preparing for a Celebration of life and needed sustenance. We stopped in had the 2 fruitty Fran’s, 1 Fancy Nancy all on a toasted wheat or whole grain bread. They were just what we needed. The children salad was delicious. The little tiny butter cream sugar cookie was a nice pick me up in the box. I am not a big fan of eating chicken salad out at a fast food restaurant. I will try other’s again and again due to CSC quality.

No matter when I come to this place, they are always out of something. From sodas in the fountain to lettuce or just one of their chicken salads. The manager said they will always be out of something if you go on Saturday since they are closed on Sundays. She was very rude to us. I have been on other days of the week and it’s no better. So don’t set your heart on something specific since they might be out of it.
