Love the Cranberry Kelli on toasted whole wheat with broccoli salad! Such a great alternative to fast food. Always a clean, relaxed atmosphere too. I’ve been to several of their locations & the quality is consistently good. And having a little sweet cookie for dessert? Yum!

Upon first glance of walking in, the place was cute. We chose to dine in which was a mistake. The front staff were all teens glued to their cellphones while sitting at tables that did not greet us when we walked in, the lemons at the drink station were warm & slimy, the booths were filthy and sticky, the floors were covered in crumbs and food pieces. The food was okay but the dirty dining room and lazy staff was a huge turn off. I got the pasta salad as a side and it was disgusting and tasted old. If your staff has time to sit and look at their phones, they have time to wipe a booth down and vacuum the floor! Especially since there was absolutely nobody in the store and we were the only dine in order. Maybe switch the lemons after they have sat all day long. Not a “superb” experience like they claim it to be, Would recommend the drive thru or take out & definitely skip the pasta salad if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Went here for the first time with a friend for lunch. We loved it! Love that you can sample anything on the menu first and you will not be disappointed. Loved it so much that I had to bring my husband and he loved it ( he’s the picky one). For me, their Broccoli- Cheddar soup is in my top 3.

If you like chicken salad, this place is for you. There are several options and the chicken salad is very fresh. They have great soup as well & there cookies & sides are fantastic. Will definitely be returning

What a nice relaxing place to have Linner with the family. Love the Big Band/Swing music that was playing. I had a scope of the Buffalo Barclay and Olivia’s Old South, both had great flavor. I will definitely be returning! Staff was great and friendly.

I have always love this place. I had a very disappointing experience at the drive through in lake Mary. The salad that was served was garbage. Hidden under the bottom of my scoop of old south chicken salad was the most disgusting, rotten, brown and moldy lettuce. Although I used to love this place, I will never eat there again. Beware!!!

First time here and definitely not the last. I ordered the Fancy Nancy on wheat bread. Delicious food. The watermelon tea is so good too! Friendly staff. Check it out!

I went to the Lake Mary Chicken Salad Chick to get a pick-up order today. The drive thru line was a bit long so I chose to walk in. We had come the day before and had wonderful food and service so I thought it was a safe bet to come back. When I arrived, my food was still not ready which wasn’t a big deal – I sat on the bench and waited. While waiting, I looked down and noticed a dead roach at my foot. So that was a bit off-putting but I let it go – at least it was dead. But then I got my food home and realized I was missing items I paid for and the lemonade that we got the day before which tasted homemade and delicious, was now watered down MinuteMaid.
