I never leave reviews, but I left here feeling compelled! The staff was so nice. I had never been here before – and I couldn’t choose a flavor. They offered many samples, and when I couldn’t choose they suggested how I could build my order around exactly what I wanted and most cost effective. The entire time it looked like the staff took pride in the establishment, keeping busy, cleaning, etc even though it was slow. That’s few and far between in the restaurant industry! Love! Will be back.

Was here a couple of weeks ago on a work trip and just now getting to post this. First time here! I slipped in right before closing (didn’t know that at the time!) and they were so gracious to take my order. Loved the food! Such a cute place. Loved the recommendation on the chocolate cake— I’m not much of a cake person but it was honestly to die for. The current manager is AMAZING. She was so kind to tell me to please stay and finish my food while she cleaned up for the evening. Loved chatting with her about the Chicken Salad Chick company. She has great standards and the best customer service!

We tried this place for the first time for lunch while we were in town and we loved it. My sister and I shared a scoop of the classic carol chicken salad, a side of fresh fruit, a drink and it even came with a little cookie and crackers. We love chicken salad so we’re glad to know how good it is here and that we can actually have it again when we go back home to Ohio. The staff was sweet and the manager or supervisor on duty was kind to check on us regularly and clear items out of our way while we enjoyed our visit. The facility was very clean during our visit as well. Definitely will be visiting another location near our home town!!

If you like chicken salad, this is the place for you! The restaurant was very clean well decorated. The workers were very nice. I had a traditional chicken salad on toast and it was very good. For a side I had Mac and cheese and it was awesome. Creamy and delicious. My wife had a different kind of chicken salad with grapes and nuts on a croissant and she enjoyed it very much.

Delicious. I went in looking for some tasty healthy options. They absolutely had a great selection of nice whole foods. Not processed junk! Man did I like eating food that makes you feel good after. The prices were reasonable and the playlist was a whole vibe. Nice change from cheese grits and heavy breaded seafood that is popular in this area. Nice and refreshing on a warm day. I tried two different kinds and both were amazing.

First time. The chicken salad croissant was great. I got the fruity with apples and grapes. My sister got the southern with pickles. Everything was great but the sides. I got the broccoli salad, she got the pasta salad. Both were very dry with extreme lack of dressing. Service very quick. Was surprised to see the cookie sample on my plate. Would return of in the area.
