The drive through window needs it’s own personnel. I waited 15 minutes after getting my drink because they were waiting on people at tables inside. Hire more people so that the window doesn’t have to wait so long. Food was good, but croissant was hard, and the girl at the window was wonderful. I just felt bad for her because she was slammed.

First time ever going to Chicken Salad Chick in Albany Georgia. Was greeted by a worker that was cleaning off some tables. My cashier was Trinity. She was so sweet and patient with me. I told her it was my first time ever in the store. I gave her my husband’s order. Then she gave me a few samples. They were all great. I will definitely be back. I do wish they had to go menus but she said they didn’t have any just to take pictures of the menu is what they tell their customers

The young women in this store in Albany Georgia sucks, Makay and one other girl attitudes are terrible, they seem not to be familiar with the product they sell, Yes I told them all they got attitude problems which of course they defected not wanting to take responsibility… hopefully they will see that it’s important to treat customers with respect!

$10.29 is high for this. Also I was told they didn’t have any provolone cheese but yet the price is still the same. I’m not a chicken salad person anyway but this made me like it even less. Staff was friendly clean restaurant and pleasant atmosphere but just not a very good lunch

I love this place, but today was bad all around!! I ordered classic spring salad with a scoop of sassy Scotty. I had to wait way longer than i should have. The person preparing my salad was socializing in the restaurant. I order no tomato, they added tomato and left off cucumber. Then I start to eat my salad and I had the whole knot end of a dead of lettuce on my bowl. I am so so disappointed.

I usually get the sandwich, pasta and pickle with a small cookie, love it. Tried the salad once and I only got lettuce with a scoop so I’m sticking to my sandwich order which has never been messed up.

Literally mind blown lol. Didn’t have high expectations because seriously, it’s chicken salad. My husband wanted something healthy and this place had great reviews so thought we’d check it out. Asked the cashier what she normally gets and ordered exactly what she recommended. Now when I tell you every single bite was amazing – I mean it! We’ll definitely be back and can’t wait to bring my family in when they come to town. Highly impressed.
