Okay so, let me preface by saying I love chicken salad chick. I’ve been to multiple locations and have tasted almost every flavor! Well today I got the kickin Kay Lynne on a croissant and it was the nastiest texture and so so dry. It’s like they forgot to add Mayo or something, has the texture of tuna out of a can. I’ve never had chicken salad so bad from chicken salad chick, and was extremely disappointed. I ended up throwing it away because I couldn’t stomach it.

Pick up was simple. Food was available when I arrived. The establishment was clean. I loved the location; great proximity to the hospital. Also, distance to other shopping was perfect. Server was helpful and kind.

Our family thinks this place is good. However the only thing I know is that we walked in and there were employees standing around behind the counter chatting but we still had to stand in line. I’ll add to this review after we’ve had an opportunity to taste it. But I just couldn’t leave without making some comments about the exceedingly poor service we received.

Today I waited at the counter to pick up a mobile order for almost 10 minutes before any employees acknowledged me. They are usually really prompt but today was a really off day. The girl expediting orders was hard to understand as well.

Today was our first visit, and we were pleasantly surprised! The young lady that served us, Samantha, was very friendly and offered us samples so that we could make our choices easier. The food was delicious!!!! My husband got his scoop in a sandwich, and I got mine with just crackers as I wasn’t real hungry, but needed to eat something. Their food is filling, yet not heavy, so you don’t leave with a miserably full stomach. The restaurant was clean for the amount of customers there, just a few crumbs on the carpet. The tables, Windows, and counters were clean, and all the staff was pleasant and smiling. Our service was beyond reproach, and she actually took the time to come to our table to check on us, and inform us about their rewards app. We had a great first experience, and we’ll be returning soon!

Very disappointed in this location. Restaurant was dirty…sandwich was not good and didn’t taste fresh. Out of cookies and soup was luke warm with no crackers. This location is my least favorite.
