Let me start by saying the food was good! This was the place we picked to eat for a work lunch. I called around 12 to place the order and the lady that answered the phone was very rude. She said and I quote “if your going to place a big order I need you to learn how to use the app we’re busy, but what can I get for you”. I was shocked! I placed the order (for 8 people $121.00 not bad at all). When I arrived the food was ready, nice place on the inside. Clean and smelled like fresh chicken salad amazing!

I’m a medical equipment rep, and I use this location to cater every single one of my local lunch appointments. I even order from this location if I have to drive an hour away. The catering manager knows exactly what makes my experience amazing, and has trained her crew to be the most accommodating team I’ve EVER experienced. Nothing is EVER missing. If there is anything about an order that is not on my original order, it’s a perk that she’s thrown in to thank me for my business.

My 1st visit to Chicken Salad Chick. It was great! A good variety of food, different salads, sandwiches and soups to choose from. The counter staff was pleasant & professional. The food was delivered to the table faster than expected, (it was waiting on my wife when she returned from the restroom). She especially loved the grape salad.

Really enjoyed my lunch here today. Had the young lady that took my order suggest her favorite and I was quite pleased. The Lemon Basil chicken was quite flavorful and the potato soup was very tasty. Topped my lunch off with a very nice piece of Pina Colada pie that was surprisingly tasty. Will return often I believe.

The Cranberry chicken salad (I forget the name) is delicious. I’m picky about chicken salad but this had just the right amount of mayo. It wasn’t overwhelming and you could taste the chicken. My husband had the spicy pimento cheese and raved about it. And they gave a sweet sugar cookie for dessert! I will definitely be back!
