Customer service was good, clean restaurant, and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. Cool brand, Very consistent quality and service. Affordable, and they give you a free sugar cookie and side with your sandwich order! I got the Jalepeno Holly and my only note was the chicken salad mix could have used salt.

This was my first experience with them. Customer service was amazing, even though its a fast serve establishment they make you feel right at home. The cashier was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right menu items. The food was delicious. The atmosphere and decor was very homey and exceptionally clean as well, very southern chick vibe. I absolutely loved it. Will definitely be back!

My last 2 experiences have had something wrong with my order. Two weeks with my make it a trio, i ordered a grape salad and received fresh fruit. Today i ordered grape salad and didn’t receive anything. Both occasions I had already made it home before I noticed. Tighten up Chicken Salad Chick!!!

We love this place! We just moved to the area less than 2 weeks ago & have already gotten food 3x! Today was the first time I myself went inside; what a cute place! The lady at the counter was so sweet & our order was perfect! I’m in love with the tomato soup & the delightful cookies! It’s also reasonably priced & great sized portions; I wish I could say the same about some of the other eateries in the area. Definitely pleasantly surprised that this is our new go to!

Unexpectedly delicious – visiting Charlotte and friends suggested what seemed to be their favorite casual (almost-fast-food-format) restaurant; the menu items are unique and of uniformly high quality. Obviously a lot of care given to design and preparation of sandwiches. The staff was patient, warmly accommodating and efficient. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. If we return to this City, we’d make a point of eating here again.

A perfect lunch! Lately I’ve found it rare to have a truly enjoyable dining out experience. Many restaurants are understaffed and reducing the quality of their food to cut costs in a difficult economy. Chicken Salad Chick was my favorite discovery of the year! The staff was attentive and service-forward, the food was delicious (who knew there were so many ways to make chicken salad special?!), the prices were fantastic and the atmosphere was inviting. I don’t know if all of the franchises are as wonderful as this one, but I plan to visit a Chicken Salad Chick whenever I can!

Visited this restaurant at 6:58 pm one evening. The hours on the door and online stated 8:00 pm so had no issues walking in. The manager looked at me like I had 3 heads and what was I doing there. I said you close at 8. She said no. We now close at 7 pm but haven’t changed anything yet. She allowed me to order although with much hesitation. My order was completely incorrect luckily I noticed partially because I checked before I left. With very heavy feet, she stomped around fixing my order. Very poor service. Love my chicken salad chick but not this particular one.
