The food is the only thing that saved this rating. I usually go to the Medford location but I was out in Patchogue and decided to eat in for once. Big mistake. Service was terrible for only having 4-5 tables between 2 people (largest table was a 4 top) After taking our order and dropping off food we never heard from or saw the waitress again. Sat with an empty glass for at least 15 minutes before I had to physically wave both arms to get her attention and order another drink. To add insult to injury, our $56 food and drink bill then had an almost $12 service charge added for our table of 2 (ironic to charge over 20% for something not received) and then these people have the AUDACITY to have suggested gratuity amounts listed at the bottom of the bill. Whoever put this in place can eat a Richard. We will never go back for sit down service, and I’ll probably stick to Medford for to-go orders. Rant over

The food was good if you like the authentic Peruvian food. The place is small and it got very cold every time someone open the front door. Only one person working the floor and that’s a problem. Ended up waiting much long because of it.the service is horrible. You can’t run a restaurant with one person. We came back in the summer , the workers are sweating like crazy.

The food was very good we had the chicken. We also had the tiraditos con ají amarillo. Both were really good . The pisco sour was also excellent . Service was efficient. The place is very small no frills or high brow dining here. The salad can also improve

my friend loves Peruvian food so we decided to come here and it was a great decision. I’m seeing a lot of reviews that the staff was rude? The staff was nothing but nice and attentive, the food was great also, will be coming back soon!

Servers added extra tip to our bill after we left. Two days later my bank statement was for $105 but I signed for $89 and left $20 cash, I have Called up and was told owner would contact me but has not happen. Stay far away from this restaurant

Place is terrible. When it first opened it had a good month run at the most. Gave it numerous 2nd chances and we were disappointed every time. Chicken is not good quality, no pride at all from the kitchen. Straw that broke this camel’s back was a stale bun that had an attempted cover up. Someone decided to toast the bun, but ended up burning it…said screw it and still sent it out the door. Don’t waste your money.

It only deserves a start for the food besides that the service was awful, charging us $2 extra in each plate saying that’s taxes(when that the end they didn’t know what even was the percent of it) as well as a 15% percent for gratuity that it was more than the 15% when in the menu or nowhere says gratuity is included. Not giving a good service ignoring us and giving bad faces, food can be amazing but it service is bad the whole restaurants it’s just disgusting. We added up all the prices since apparently they can’t simple math themselves. We aren’t asking for a discount just a fair treatment and not raising the prices, because for a few dollars more that they charge to each customers they are scamming us all!
