After passing here for years we finally stopped and we are so happy we did! Welcoming staff and bright festive colors inside made our dine in experience that much more fun. My husband got the sampler which has a little bit of everything and was such a large portion half was taken home. I got the half rotisserie chicken with fries rice and salad. Chicken. Was seasoned and tasted so good. Fries were fresh and delicious. We will definitely be coming back and soon!!!

Worse chicken I ever tasted. French fries were soggy and tasted like it was cooked in old dirty oil. Chaufa de pollo only had 6 pieces of chicken. The green sauce was not tasty. Planet chicken’s green sauce is way better. I will not recommend this spot.

We were the only ones when we walked in. Although, their outdoor space was not ready for a sudden outburst of spring, the waiters cleared a nice place for us and went off their way to make us feel wanted. Their muscles were great and we cleaned them up before the rest of the dinner arrived. Salsa criolla that came with the squid was obviously just freshly made for us. And the ceviche was fantastic, too. Besides, these two girls welcomed us like we were their long lost relatives.

The food is authentic Peruvian food and simply delicious. Clearly made fresh to order. It’s obviously privately owned. We went during lunch time and they still were as attentive as possible considering it was busy. Definitely go, enjoy and just be patient. It’s worth the wait.

I have given this place a few tries. The first time we loved it. Maybe cause it was new and they were trying their best. The next times not so great. The services definitely brings them down. They seem to be bothered by you, they are just not friendly or welcoming. The chicken is good, but I feel it is a bit salty at times (it it could be the green sauce). I feel like most of the food is a little salty. Then if you ask for extra green sauce they charge for it. You get 3 sauces for one chicken combo…which is not enough. The one plus of the chicken combo is that it comes with rice, salad (does not come with salad dressing) and French fries which are actually fresh cut potatoes. We have had the arroz chaufa and it was decent. The tallarines verdes (green spaghetti)was good, but Sauce a little watery. I will try them again only because I don’t want to give up on my Peruvians…but if it doesn’t get better then I will have to say no more.

Truly an authentic Peruvian experience!! Highly recommend this place if you wanna try some authentic Peruvian cuisine! Also recommend trying the dark colored corn drink which they make in the house!

Food is pretty good. Not as consistently good each time but good option for Peruvian food in this Middlesex/Bound Brook/Dunellen area. They always under estimate in how long food will be ready. Add an additional 15-20 minutes to the the expected time they suggest food will be ready by. On the weekends they offer desserts which have been pretty delicious.

The cuisine is both authentic and delicious, and the staff are highly accomodating. Definitely a hidden gem.

I called and asked for a half chicken with rice and beans. They charged me $16 which is a little bit more than I pay at other locations but isn’t within reason… Until I got home and realized that not only could I not understand the young lady that answer the phone she obviously didn’t understand me either. I paid $16 for a tray of chicken fried rice.
