Went to order and saw they turned off their Uber order. I work fast food and my store never turns it off. So the fact that you all did, I’ll be contacting the regional manager and district manager. If a little fast food job is too much to handle for you, then find another. It’s really not that hard. Poor management. Highly recommend you avoid this store. But even if you don’t they’ll avoid you.

Portions of chicken are very small and prices have gone up. They throw out the skin but charge u for it when u ask to add it and mix it in with the chicken. To top it off the staff is rude. Honestly I’d rather drive the extra mile to 3 chefs where the food is better and portions and prices are much better.

your better off driving to 3 Chefs, this location is very stingey with their portions, rude customer service, and they always mess up my orders. 3 Chefs puts so much food you can barely close the lid, you have to argue tooth and nail for 3 extra bites of chicken at chicken kitchen. very disappointed.

Corporate for Chicken Kitchen really needs to look into this store, they a cheap on the portions of chicken, charge you for the skin and give you more rice then everything else. The price for food here is ridiculous in comparison to what you actually get. A complete rip-off, might as well be called ” Rice Kitchen”.

My daughter told us about Chicken Kitchen years ago. It was one of her favorite meals in Miami. So we went and it was fantastic . It was very clean and atmosphere friendly. We had the Cuban Chop Chop. It was rice, salad, chicken and beans all together in layers. The flavors all popped. And we could not wait for the next bite. Definitely a memorable meal.

small portion, almost no chicken served and the workers are not very friendly. All they say, is that they know it’s not much but there is nothing they can do. I love their food but for their price now which have gone up quite a bit, I rather drive 20 mins more and go to 3 chefs. Same taste, almost same price, more in the plate and better customer service.
