I’ve been eating at this location for quite awhile and now it just sucks!!!! I just received my food and paid for extras and there’s less food in the bowl then ever before. The bowls lid barely used to fit with the extras get it now and it’s like 1/4 of the food is missing. Wth!!! I pay for extras so there should be more food in the bowl. Needless to say I will no longer buy from this location ever again!! Wasted my money and feel ripped off tremendously!! My last 4 times eating here this has been the same issue not getting what I paid for!! If you don’t like your job GET ANOTHER ONE!!!

I walked in to pick up my to go order I placed online and upon arrival my food was being prepared, a older woman with a collar shirt was preparing my food and I look to see she wasn’t wearing any gloves and I overlooked the fact that maybe she took it off to pack the food, once she placed my food in a bag she coughed directly in her hand and she touched the plastic utensils and my bag and handed me the food her name was Mercedes and I looked at her as if I wanted to tell her to wash her hands and wear a mask but, my lunch was already over.. PLEASE have the workers watch videos on changing gloves and learning to cough on their arm or shoulder when preparing someone food, lord knows if she was coughing all over the food.. and not wearing gloves was not the move! I will never eat from that location ever again!

Very unpleasant experience. Employees were impatient and not friendly. No smiles, no communication, and it seemed like they really hate their jobs. Tiny portion of protein, and I found more than a few chicken bones in my sad little bowl. I asked for two sides, not knowing they don’t actually come on the side, they just add them directly into your bowl ($3 for two pieces of tomato and another $3 for two plantains which is ridiculous). Lettuce was old, rice was overcooked. They charge extra $$$ for tiny cups of sauce that aren’t even filled up to the top, even if you’re spending a lot of money on an order. Overall would not recommend. I don’t usually write reviews but this one was pretty disappointing. Extremely low quality of food and very poor service. Waste of money and time.

I used to love this place. Food was so much better than Pollo Tropical, always fresh and good quality. It used to be packed with a line out the door every time we came. But lately the service has been atrocious! And apparently they have scared off all the customers. I walked in tonight and the place was almost completely empty. There were four people behind the counter and no one even acknowledged that I had walked in. I could see that two of them were making some to-go orders and at first I was fine to wait. But after over 5 minutes with zero recognition of my existence my patience ran out. All they needed to do was look up and say, “Sorry ma’am we will be right with you as soon as we get these orders taken care of.” Or maybe call up one of the other two people to handle the to-go order while someone handles the in-person customers. I worked as a food service manager for years and there is no way I would ignore a customer standing there with money in their hand. No wonder no one is ever in there any more.

My first and last time ever. First we placed our order and asked for extra chicken because the portion of food was like a child’s meal.After we paid I realized we didn’t get our pita bread I went back inside. I asked the women that served us that we never received our bread, she said sorry we are all out. I said you should have told us before we ordered our food. I said then you should have given something in substitution for not having bread. Her answer was oh well sorry.

These people don’t deserve to have their jobs. How careless and oblivious do you have to be to not remove the stickers from your produce before chopping it and serving it to your customers? I had to delete my previous 1-star review from 8 months ago just to leave another one because of this. Every time I try to give this place another chance they leave me disappointed, I’m done trying.
