The chicken is good even with the extreme amount of seasoning they dip on the trey. The fries in my opinion are just not able to be eaten, because it has so much seasoning that your destined to taste more seasoning than the actual fries. If they dropped down the amount of seasoning they put onto the fries, this place would be a 5/5 to me. Besides the fries having too much seasoning, everything else was perfect to me.

Soda machine was not working right I told the worker (asian one mentioned in other comments had same experiamce ) but she did not care because it was 8pm they closed at 9 that day. Had better expectations for care.

The gluten free bun was good but the grilled chicken was so dry. Worse than pollo tropical dry. The fries are extremely sweet and not in the good way. Staff told us about joining the app after our order so we couldn’t get the free options included with our order. Front staff in this location clearly don’t follow appearance policy like the other restaurant in Orlando. So glad this place is far from the rest of everything in the mall.

This was our first time trying Chicken Guy. The food was delicious and the cashier up front was very nice. Around 8:20pm (the restaurant closes at 9:00pm) an Asian woman, who I assume was the manager, I didn’t get her name, came over to our table and said that she was going to close the area where we were sitting. This made us feel uncomfortable as she was hovering around our table while we ate. We felt singled out as there were many other people eating as well, who she did not approach. Word of advise, don’t “kick out” paying customers… It’s not good for business.

The Chicken Guy really surpassed my expectations. I thought it would be another chicken sandwich a la Chik-Fil-A, but it truly out did the Lord’s chicken in almost every way. The chicken tenders were crispy, perfectly cooked, not over-breaded, most importantly of all, delicious! The bread for the sandwich was fresh as can be. The bacon was a complimented the chicken wonderfully and the sandwich came with a healthy portion of fries. The more than 20 sauces available take the sandwich to another level. I’d venture to say it’s not your average chicken sandwich. My wife and I enjoyed the experience through and through. The prices are extremely fair and service was top notch. 10 out of 10.

As soon as we got to the restaurant, we were very well welcomed. Lee and Adrian took care of us, helping us choose the food. The system was down, so Lee gave us a discount to compensate that. The food is delicious and very well presented, but the best part was their smile. Thank you, Chicken Guy, for having such great people here!

Good tasting chicken tenders, fries, and sauce options. The reason for not a 5 star is that on two separate visits the milkshake machine was “not working.” Please hire someone to be solely responsible for making and cleaning the machine so that on any given day customers are able to have the option of ordering a shake.
