Remembered Chicken Express from when we lived in Texas. While on a road trip, I saw signs for Chicken Express and wanted to get some. Just to see if it was as good as we remembered. SUCH A GOOD DECISION. The chicken was perfect…crispy and delicious. The okra, rolls, fries, and coleslaw… also delicious. We also got the cherry pie. Yum! The staff was friendly and professional. Our order was exactly right and prepared so quickly!! Very sad there aren’t any in our area. But, whenever we are close to one, we’ll be stopping in.

First time trying chicken express and probably the last. Went through the drive thru ordered a 16 piece mixed fried chicken dinner with three sides and fried corn nuggets. We were told it would be about 15 minutes for the chicken. It took 37 minutes in the drive thru all to get home and find out there was only 9 pieces of chicken. Do better Conway‼️‼️‼️

It’s ok. The food was hot, so that’s a plus, but the flavor was lacking. Chicken livers. Long wait at the window. Three cars behind me came, got their orders, and left while I waited for my food to be prepared. Staff was pleasant, though.

Ordered through drive through a number 1 and number 2. Got food and it was colder than the ice in the cup. I never left the parking lot Went inside to tell them they should be ashamed to serve someone food that cold. The told me it would be 30 minutes to cook new chicken. I asked them if they were making charcoal briquettes out of them to just give me my money back. They did and I left. It was my 1st and last time there.

Wow!!! I’ve been searching for good gizzards, and I found them…FINALLY!!! I ordered the 18-piece with a side of gravy. They were fresh, hot, crispy, well-seasoned and plentiful! (This is true for both the Conway and Bryant locations.)

Chicken tasted old and was very cold doesn’t seem like they changed their grease enough and the mashed potatoes were not fully done, you could tell they were instant because there was still powdered flakes in the middle. Nasty

I went to Chicken Express on Dave Ward Drive at 11:30 04 May 2023 and I ask for a chicken liver meal with a sweet tea and a 4 piece chicken tenders meal with a Coke. When I got to the window all they were getting me was the chicken liver meal with a sweet tea and chicken tenders. I had to go over the entire order two more times just for it to be corrected and my debit card was charged twice. On top of having to wait longer for my order they failed to give me my debit card which I didn’t notice until I went somewhere else to get supper. When I got ahold of the restaurant and learned they had my card I went there right away to get it. Upon speaking with whom I assume was the manager he said he opened the window and yelled at me. I had to situate everything before I could go and roll the window up. He did not during that time once try to get my card back to me. Long story short, make sure you wait and make sure you have your card back before leaving Chicken Express. I wasn’t even offered anything for my trouble.

This place is amazing, the food was so good, I choked on the juice which was not their fault!! U get a bunch of tenders for like 2 or 3 bucks. My dad still has lots of chicken left over from 3 days ago

This was my first time at Chicken Express . I had an 8 piece chicken and an order of fried liver . First let me say the fried liver was the star of the show . It was delightful (that is if you like liver), it taste great and it was so tender it was like butter. It also came with biscuit and white gravy, perfect for a Georgia Boy. The chicken taste okay, kind of basic nothing to write home about. It was very crispy and the pieces were a decent enough size to feel like I got my money’s worth. Unfortunately I may have gotten there at the wrong time because my chicken was kind of dried out maybe from sitting under a heat lamp too long. But they were so kind, I’m sure if I had told them they would have made some fresh chicken for me. I look forward to going back and trying some of the other items on the menu. And I definitely will be having the fried liver again.
