I eat at Chicken express in Snyder weekly. The food is usually always really good. The only problem is they rarely get my order right. There is always something missing or wrong when I go. Almost 95% of the time. When you get to the window it looks like it’s chaos in there and even went one day and someone had their small child waiting the window. Don’t have a problem that but seems unprofessional. I typically order a meal deal and if they aren’t talking over you when you are ordering they make you repeat it 2 or 3 times and then still get it wrong. Hopefully this will improve. But it’s getting old to the point where I will stop eating there. Thanks.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced at a Chicken Express. Sat and waited on my food for over 30 minutes outside by the curb and that was after I had sat at the window for 20 minutes waiting. I went in to get my food and the young lady at the register said “do we have no thighs?”. (She was trying to at least be helpful) I said well all y’all had to say is you had no thighs and I would have ordered something else.” She said “I’m sorry, let me see when they’ll be ready.”

Girl at the window cussing at passenger in my vehicle, totally unacceptable over a messed up order. Could give food back easily enough and go somewhere else. If someone cussed at a customer or patient where I work you would be sent home for the day if not fired. And please chicken express don’t reply, if you cared to fix the issue the supervisor on shift would have attempted to resolve the issue on site. Instead just actually overcharged my card. I won’t be back to your location.

Earlier tonight I went & ordered 6 livers that should have came with a roll or biscuit. I received what can count as 4 livers if you were being generous. No roll was in the box. The family size order of rolls mostly looked okay but one if them was nearly demolished across the whole top. I didn’t have time to eat till after they were closed or I would have called & in & asked about the amount. Since u had spent 30 minutes prior to going to the restaurant trying to call the order in to a constant busy signal maybe after closing I could have gotten through.

If I could give a Negative I would. This place was nasty as hell, bathroom was beyond nasty and staff was rude! No napkins, no forks, every table was dirty (only one was being occupied). Will NEVER go back!
