Good chicken got the spicy but I didn’t even notice it being spicy at all. I like the rolls and most of the sides are good. They often give you an extra tender in the box. Great spot for fried chicken.

I keep giving this chicken express opportunities to do better. Once again they fail. Under cooked fries are pretty much the standard here. Every time either mine or my wife’s chicken strips are dry like they have been under the heat lamp all day.

For years I overlooked this place, when a couple weeks back, we were in a rush and decided to stop here. This establishment was comfortable, quiet and clean. The workers seemed nice but the food…THE FOOD WAS SO GOOD! I got spicy tenders and they were delicious! The sweet tea was good too. I definitely recommend this place.

I originally had given 1 start but went today and the gizzards were amazing! Flavorful, well cooked and just the BEST gizzards I’ve ever had! Hats off to the cook! And the little spice to them was great. I’m so please that they listened to my original post.

Waited 45 minutes for 2 – 3 piece meal combos of chicken. Our preferred cuts of meat were sold out while we waited and had to choose others or wait an additional “15 minutes”. We were not told why there was a delay, we had to go ask.

Love the chicken here. Lately the chicken strips are very small, maybe broken/cut pieces. But they don’t give extra to make up for the size. I also used to love the hushpuppies, but ordered tonight after not taking them for awhile and they are not the same. No flavor and pieces of corn in them. Was so disappointed

We did not get what we ordered. We ordered a 4 piece tender with fries and got 3 piece tender with macaroni. Ordered 2 piece wing and breast with mash potatoes and got a leg and thigh with mash. Also ordered 2 cokes and got sweet tea.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a #30 family meal which consists of 30 Tenders and 3 sides. I drove all the way home to Red Rock, TX only to discover that they shorted me about 14 tenders!! My husband called to notify them of their mistake and the best they could do was give us 10 Tenders? That’s still short 4 tenders! I’m not getting what paid for nor are they taking into account the 20 minute drive. Stop trying to cheat people and do better!

What I don’t understand about chicken express is why do they NEVER serve fresh hot food unless you say please make my food fresh please, I’ll wait. If you don’t you food will be old and cold. Drives me up a wall!! They are the only fast food joint in the area that does this. I’m so tired of this place. I hope it gets replaced by a business that actually cares about quality. Tired of wasting my money here.

Good food, nice front lady servicing, but no biscuits, 1 fillet missing and cocktail sauce. I was excited about the biscuits and 2 fillets.Fillet was a tad hard but nice light crisp in the middle. Ate are our own boring cheap wheat bread from our home. I usually check my bag but here, I didn’t check my bag since they seemed to be good at everything. Should have.
