Placed online order for pickup. Had to remind them that it included a drink. The food is sealed in a plastic bag so it’s hard to tell if you were given the complete order. When I got home I was missing the 4 piece chicken tenders and one side. It was a pretty long drive from humble to Dayton so I didn’t go back.

Never had any issues with this place. Is always what I expected. The only reason I only give it four stars is because there is nothing extraordinary about it. I have always gone through the drive-thru so I don’t know what the service is like inside. When the wife and I want chicken strips and chicken livers with white gravy, this is where we always go in Dayton. Fried Okra and fries are good here too.

These guys have GREAT customer service! The young black guy that helped me at the drive- through: you could tell that he really cares about the customer, with a smile and great attitude. Also, the chicken livers and tenders were absolutely cooked to perfection! Y’all keep up the good service!

My mom told me after I ordered from there that last time she ate there it was too greasy, and I’m Gonna have to agree with her, ordered tonight and thighs were greasy and breast taste like chicken you cooked the previous day that was warmed in the microwave. This place use to be the best, not sure what has happened but won’t be ordering from here anymore will bring my business elsewhere

Went inside to order take out. Food took over 20 minutes to come out. Manager was unprofessional and rude when I inquired about how much longer it was going to be. Got home to discover that I had only gotten a 2 piece fish instead of the 3 piece I had paid for, no gravy in my wife’s chicken strip dinner, and the cherry on top was that the fish, fries, okra, and Cole slaw were all the same temperature and consistency. Call back to the store and spoke to the “manager” Kourtney who offered to give me a piece of fish if I drove back to the store. I inquired about a refund or other compensation. I was told she would have to contact her manager and call me back to see what could be done. As of now I’m still waiting on that return call. I would avoid this place at all costs. It’s really gone down hill lately. I for one won’t be back.
